Dimino's Pizza is a franchise with many stores all over the state's sadly every location is not the same do to different ownership over each individual store.   This one in particular it is not kid friendly and you might get insulted for asking if your kid may use the restroom. There are other methods of letting a custumer know if it is not possible for your kid to use the restroom wile you wait for your order specially when your child is letting you know he/she has to go party. For a store that exists to serve costumers (consumer's) and makes it's business out what we spend for our children and ourself because we like pizza.  It is very uncomfortable to have to deal with situations like this one right before we meet with the rest of the family to eat. To get insulted by the person that's taking my money and handing me my order for just asking if my kid can use the restroom. Fortunately you are not the only food place to serve pizza. There are others with better customer service.

Last Sunday, Dec 3 - I ordered for my friend.  My friend just lost her grandma and took care of her remains that day. That's one of many reasons I had to order for their family.  Your website did not have any "Tip" feature, therefore I was not able to give anything.  I do not live in the same apt.  Your driver gave my friend a hard time for not getting any tip.  They were harassed! He even said to my friend that he was calling me and that I was not answering.  I checked my phone and I do not have any missed calls.  He lied.  You must teach your drivers not to expect tips from everyone.   Tipping is not MANDATORY.   Do not harass people, you do not know what's going on with their lives.  Very disappointed

I received a completely different pizza with only 1 topping(that wasn't even the one I ordered), when I paid extra for 4 toppings. Not a huge deal but when I called the store they just said sorry and hung up on me. That's what pissed me off

Waited close to 2 hours for my pizza. Girl at the counter was on her phone the entire time and did not even update me on the status of my order. Overall, not a great visit

Had about the most rude person try to take my delivery order. She was so uninformative I had to cancel my order and get from Pizza Hut
