I had been going here for years and never had a bad experience, since moving back to this area I have been here twice and each time had horrible horrible service. First was a walk in were two girl working long hair down-not tied up out of their faces, was hanging in the food. And the one girl was picking her nose and face spots, without washing her handing starting preparing pizzas. Last time was a deal breaker for me, I ordered a pizza online and waited over an hour and a half for my delivery and I live 2 blocks from the store. When I called to complain I was told it was my fault that my phone number was not “reachable” and that I was “spamming” the store by calling to inquire about my order. If no one pulls in with an order in your drive-way and no one calls your phone(There is call waiting)-how is it my fault they got the phone number wrong. The whole “excuse” of why this happened and the unprofessional response from management and the store owner Doug Hall regarding this incident, has cemented my opinion of this store. I hope it goes outta business in all honesty. Customers are a blessing in today’s world of business competition and customer variety, clearly this business doesn’t know the meaning of that. I would say good luck but that would be a lie, hope it goes outta business. Dominos is a great company and to be represented by such trash like Doug Hall and his staff of nose pickers, hair in food excuse makers is really sad.

Some of THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced!! Plus hot, fresh pizza and fast delivery. The only downfall is the high (in my opinion) delivery charge.

Ordered online. When tracker was almost done we went to pick it up. No pizza, forgot???? to make it. Offered a free one. Got home only to find a pizza with almost no toppings (not the first time) and I always double up on them. Hello Pizza Pizza.

Top notch customer service, and some tasty pizzza. Last Thursday I ordered a couple of pizzas using online ordering... what I didn't realize was that I selected the St. Andrew's St location instead of the Eagle St location... so you could imagine my surprise when I got to the Eagle St location and realized they didn't have my order ready. My mistake, so I was prepared to make the drive to St. Andrew's St to pick up my order ... instead, the very kind gentleman at the register went and spoke with another man at the back, they took down my order and offered to either remake and deliver my order or have St. Andrew's deliver my order and without a delivery fee. Needless to say, I was shocked... this was my mistake and they were offering to fix it for me. The Pizza arrived at my door not more than 15 minutes later and it was hot and the delivery man was very pleasant (I believe he was from st Andrew's st location). So I just want to say thank you to all those involved and both locations for making what was otherwise a very long Thursday into a better one. I've never had such great service from a pizza place. Oh, and the kicker? They called me this weekend just to say thanks for ordering from Dominos. You guys rock!! (Posting same review for Eagle location)

This is the first time I've ordered from this location. The service was super fast and friendly, driver was excellent and "pizza" was hot. But here's the thing... The pizza has almost no cheese on it! Never have I seen anything like this, it's tomato sauce with a few flecks of cheese in it, looks like a pasta dish. I paid a lot with the huge delivery fee and have buyer's remorse. Huge ripoff.
