I've never had many problems with this place before, until tonight, where they didn't provide me with an item I ordered but still charged me for it.

Worst Dominos ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! And its sad, cause my first job was at Dominos. They always mess something up. The last time was the last straw. The driver didn't even make an attempt to complete the delivery cause my little dog was outside. And the worst part is, i ordered online and the driver said my order was complete, and i never even received it. And my wifes card was charged for it. So i called to explain to them that i never received my order. The manager automatically got all offensive and rude. And didn't even speak proper english to top it off. So when my order finally did arrive. The dumbass delivery driver said i needed the card. Which by the way is on file in our online account. And i explained to him that i ordered before without having to show the card, and our card had already been charged. So he called his idiot manager to get approval, and he denied my order. And my 2 kids were left to stay hungry. So I immediately ordered from Puzza Hut. And thank god they're professional. My order was on time and i didnt need to show the card. The only reason I gave 1 star is cause thats the lowest rating you can give....

Called to order a pizza around 10:00 pm one day. At 11:30 the pizza still was not delivered. I made a call to ask if the pizza ever got delivered, the girl who answered the phone has me on hold for about 7 minutes, then she hung up,  When I tried to call back numerous times nobody answered. By this time it was too late to drive over there, by the time I would have gotten there, they would have been closed.

They almost always screw up something. Literally more often then not something is wrong this time there was no cheese! Like none like not a single strand of cheese on a pizza!??? Like wtf? Really? and I order online so it's not a miscommunication my order is typed out it's just employees who don't give a damn. 
I'm most likely not gonna order from this store anymore. 
Instead of hiring loser adults who chose a minimum wage career and just don't give a damn about their performance maybe they should hire who the job was intended for, you know teenagers trying to buy a car, or work their way through school! Hiring people who have not tried to better themselves in 40 years on this planet is not the way you find the best employees!
