Last time I ordered I waited 3 1/2 hours for delivery. When delivery finally came I ordered cheesy bread with 3 sauces and got 0 total. Also, cheesy bread was burnt and so was out medium pizza (crust was hard and bottom was completely black). In addition to this when I noticed there were 0 sauces with order I ran back to the driver who was still in my complex parking lot and he was smoking a blunt with someone else in the car and he told me that he would be right back with the sauces and never came but did text me and said “the store doesn’t want me to come back because it’s not a big deal”. I also sent an email to corporate about this experience and nothing was done and no one ever responded back.  This store at 4000 Washington Street definitely needs new management! Thank You,

Made my order at 6:16pm. Website says the delivery guy left the store one hour ago.

After waiting 15 minutes on the phone to speak to someone, the person said it would be delivered in a few minutes. My pizza is still at the store and the website tool doesn't work (not accurate). I also got an email when I put my order saying it would take from 20 to 30 minutes but so far is taking 1 hour and 20 min (and counting!!!).

I'm never ordering from this store again.

Edit. Delivery got here by 8pm (almost 2 hours after my order). Pizza was cold and they forgot my soda. 

Again: I'm never ordering from this store. You should do the same. If I wanted to use the oven to heat food, I would have baked my own pizza.

Pizza sucked it was burned i called the store and after several calls they answered me and didnt do nothing to fix it am never calling dominos again

Roslindale, the violence that you enacted upon my evening is irrefutably criminal. I am so concerned for the well-being of you and your staff due to the sub par and horrific manner in which you run your business. As a holder of a Pizza Profile and a utilizer of your app, I am profoundly disappointed in your service. It has been nearly three hours, and your website dictates “when you’ve got pizza on the brain, order online from dominos without leaving your living room.” I could’ve left my living room twelve times over and bravely trekked the snow and received the pizza faster than the pizza I have yet to receive. I’m still on hold, assholes.
