I visit my grandparents in Brownfield on the weekends. We usually have a family lunch on Sunday's. The past 2 times we have ordered from Dominos they have taken over an hour to deliver our order. Today we ordered online at 1:19. By 2 I checked the tracker which showed our order had been inspected at 1:36. I called at 2:10 and asked why it was taking so long to deliver if it had already been made and inspected. The worker on the phone had trouble finding my order then said the driver was making a delivery in Meadow and wasn't back yet. I warned that I would cancel if our order wasn't delivered in the next 10 minutes. The worker didnt offer an apology or compensation just "ok." The driver arrived at 2:30 and apologized for being late but that he was the only driver making deliveries. The only driver, on a Sunday during NFL season?... sounds like management issues. We won't be ordering from Dominos for a long while after this experience.

Order two pizzas and cheesy bread. Waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up. Got to the store and none of it was ready and waited 50mins in the store and still didn't have it ready. Manager told us he didn't blame us for telling him we will no longer come back.

I ordered for delivery while staying at a hotel. I called to check on my order (placed on the app on a Monday afternoon) after no tracker updates in 30 minutes. Jennifer answered the phone and she tried to tell me the tracker could be wrong because they were on a skeleton crew during the day with only one driver. I asked her to check on my order and it hadn't even been made yet after half an hour. This meant that the tracker was correct and that it was clear she was not being honest and forthcoming. She got rude with me when I expressed my surprise that my order was still on the make-line after 30 minutes, saying that they were swamped, but I really can't believe that on a Monday afternoon in the middle of the summer that that would be a likely scenario. Probably more likely that they didn't have any orders for a while and didn't notice an order come in from the app. I had them cancel my order. I will not be getting Dominos in this town anytime soon.

Ordered 2 large 5 topping pizzas and received 2 large pizzas with literally 1 piece of 3 toppings and No sauce. So after driving 12 miles each way because they won't deliver to me, paying close to $30, we got cold pizzas that are less appitizing and less toppings than a Totinos Party Pizza. Dominos use to be our favorite growing up in Spring and they were once great in Brownfield but NEVER again!!!!!! Just another example of poor mamangement to try and save a buck.

Very unhappy with the service. Ordered a pizza to be delivered, and we were from out of town staying at Best Western and they straight up gave my food to someone else claiming to be my "husband" so they say... Will NEVER order from here and recommend people not to order either bc your food will be given away to someone else
