SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY PIZZA FROM HERE ~ TV comm said $5.99 per pizza the counter person said only online well if I did not see it on TV and I walked in don't tell me it will be $7.99 per pizza. So the customer counter person lost money from no sales from me.  And the dominos pizza owner lost also. Don't go here for your pizza. Go somewhere else. They have a 2.7 rating that is for the bad customer service.

So I accidentally entered the wrong phone number & forgot to edit it to the correct number. I called to right my wrongs & the employees seemed a little helpful & slightly rude. I felt like an idiot for not putting in the right phone number because the person delivering the pizza tried to call but said I didn't answer (that's what the employee said over the phone). I felt like the driver could've AT LEAST use his/her head & get out of the car to knock on the door!! Lmao poor customer service even though I messed up

Did not receive the same pizza I ordered
Edit: They called me back, teased me about possibly helping me, asked me if i'd eaten the pizza they'd GIVEN ME (which of course I had, the pizza was for 3 hungry people)  when I said yes they hung up on me without further attempt to resolve their ripping off of me. (Note that a pepperoni pineapple and bacon pizza is more expensive than a plain cheese pizza which is what I received. Thanks for robbing me dominos. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU GET PIZZA HUT OR SOMETHING ELSE INSTEASD)

Worst experience ever at this Domino’s. The order we received was completely wrong, and when we called to amend the order, the woman argued with us and hung up. We called back, and another employee answered the phone, proceeded to argue with us as well and refused to resend the order. He proclaimed we couldn’t shove it all in our mouth at once anyway so we didn’t need the food to come together as one order. We are disgusted at the customer service and this should not even be a running business. NEVER order at this Dominos pizza!!!
