Took an hour and a half for delivery.  When I called to ask where it was, the reply was "Oh it' s not there yet? Um..then you'll need to wait a little longer".  When it finally did come, both pizzas where room temp at best on one didn't even have the cheese melted.  It was like they forgot to put it on and just tossed some in after it came out of the oven.

I always enjoy ordering from this Domino's. Especially the manager Steve is one of the most hospitable professional manager I have ever met. He always takes good care of my order and if there was anything mistaken about my order he is quick to correct it for me. Domino's Pizza is my favorite brand and I admire what the founder has brought to the company. Very positive changes and I love how Domino's Pizza supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I make sure I order the St Jude special so that a donation goes to the children. Love Domino's!!

Horrible experience!I actually cannot believe this even happened! I ordered on 01/01/2018 at 8:34PM. The estimated delivery time was 150 minutes which I understood. I waited till more than midnight and placed several calls and nobody ever answer! My order never arrived. I actually called this morning to make sure that last night were open to see if it was just my mistake but no, they were OPEN! They didn’t even bother to call me to say they were not going to deliver my food! SO DISAPPOINTED!

Lately this place has been horrible!!
Got hung up twice after waiting on hold for 20 min. 
Ordered my food online like I always do and gets canceled without my knowledge. 
When I call after an hour and a half of waiting one person says they don’t deliver to my location so that’s why they canceled it and then Someone else gets on the phone which claims is the store manager which couldn’t give me her name (she was very rude ) she then says it got canceled because I didn’t answer my phone 4 times they called that they were outside. (Another story) Which was a lie cause I didn’t even get a notification by email stating that my order is on its way like usual! This will be the last day I will order from this place. I hope they get their employees on check! NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Terrible service!!! (0 star rating) We ordered at 2pm and were told delivery would take 45-50 mins but at 4pm the pizza had not arrived, therefore we called numerous times and absolutely nobody answers. We had to order somewhere else. This is completely disrespectful to a customer and unacceptable. I dont know how the owner/manager doesnt care to do anything to improve the rating.
