We ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, bbq wings, and the cheesy bread only to be called 10 mins later and be told they were out of the bread to make the sandwiches... which of course that was really the only thing my bf wanted. So he still got the bbq wings because well they only have 3 sauces to choose from?! Not impressed. They were about 1/3 of the size of any other normal place that sells wings and despite being soaked in bbq sauce , had no taste. I don't even know how or why they are still on the menu. Not specifically the massena locations fault, just Dominos in general.

If I could give less than one star I would. Have ordered from the Massena store on multiple occasions and have been let down many times. Tonight will be the last time we order from Domino's at any location! When our order came the pizzas were a complete mess! Cheese all slid off to one side and and pieces all over on top of each other! When we called the store the one who answered did apologize and offered to send lava cake and cinnamon twists with the new pizzas asap! Well then the driver showed she was very rude when we handed her the other messed up pizzas to return them. Also was not given what we were told. Done with this place and whole company all together!

excellent food. high quality dishes. Even if your sick of italian food it's always refreshing to eat here. Delivery available until 1 am, perfect for midnight snacks or late dinners. needs stuffed crust pizzas though.

I ordered online and loved the little animation tat went along with it! My only problem is that the crust took up half of the pizza!
