Perfectly timed. Perfectly cooked. Seen this store be 40 orders deep and counting but just keep chugging along and putting out quality product. The drivers though. Too of there craft for sure. The driving staff at this location deserves 5× what you normally tip a delivery driver. Too tier team!!!

The customer service was exceptional! Had great conversation with the staff members, pizza was yummy and fresh out of the oven! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our pizza pick up trip!

Would give zero stars if I could. I have ordered four times from this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME the pizza takes over 1.5 (bare minimum) and comes cold. I mean very cold. Last night my order took 2.7 hours. The drivers are always very apologetic about the wait time, but they seem extremely frazzled. I actually feel bad for them. they always tell me that they are extremely understaffed and they are doing the best that they can. I've gotten in the habit of preheating my over an hour after I order so I can reheat my delivery pizza. nearly two hours after i ordered last night, I called to check in. a girl picked up the phone and barked "You're calling to check on your order, right?" No, "Hello" no "Thank you for calling Dominos" no manners. She seemed completely stressed out. She told me that the pizza was made, it just had to be delivered. an hour later, it arrived - cold and burnt. the driver apologized a lot, and told me that he had to take 8 orders at once because they were so understaffed. total wait time: 2.7 hours. I don't blame the people working under these terrible conditions; this seems like a management problem. I gave them four chances to at least not disappoint me...

Straight up the place is garbage, the food is sub-par most days and even a good chunk of the employees won't eat it unless starving from being there working 14+ hour days because they refuse to properly staff and let people go home at a reasonable hour...the reason most orders take forever is because they'll staff with one...maybe two drivers at a time and put on a cook or two...then orders get messed up because every employee is massively sleep deprived and barely functional...I worked with them for 6 months give or take before throwing in the towel due to frustration and I'm sorry for all the customers who've had terrible experiences because of how poorly controlled things are. As a word of advice... Don't order between 5-8pm or you'll have to wait forever because drivers don't show up on time. Also avoid ordering bulk orders anytime, they'll almost mever get taken care of within a decent timeframe if you put them in during dinner rush.
