I am in complete shock. I go into the store, order 8 pizzas for an elementary class to be delivered the following day, gave very specific instructions of time they MUST be there as the students are on a schedule. I am told I would receive a call 30 min prior to delivery, when I didn't I called. After waiting on the phone for 15 min just to get someone to answer it I am told it is a carry out order, yet she read the delivery instructions to me. Over 20 children with no lunch and you are just pulling the pizzas out of the oven while talking to me and currently 10 min late delivering. The manager said all we can do is take them there now. The schools in town use Domino's a lot for events .. no longer. Going to Papa John's from here out. SHOCKED, DISAPPOINTED, UNACCEPTABLE, STARVING CHILDREN, YOU SUCK

Love Dominos! However lately the only good thing about my experience is the delivery. Mike was punctual and did an awesome job! As for the rest of the experience I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich (as shown on my receipt and on line tracker) but instead I received the bacon bbq specialty chicken. I was so hungry I didn't care enough to call the store. Because, last time my order was messed up whatever manager was there was rude and didn't want to fix anything. She told me i could keep the wrong food or reject the food and get my money back. Whoever is the regional manager/director needs to address this issue so it won't happen to other customers.

I ordered a large pizza and was given a medium. Was told that to have the right one delivered id have to pay a fee on top of what I already paid. Said if I wanted credit Id have to come to the store again even though I ordered carryout online. Also was initially told because I didn't notice the mistake in store they wouldn't help me. Very disappointed in the customer service.

the food is usually good enough, the problem is that their tracker is in no way accurate anymore. They used to use it properly, not updating it until the steps were complete, but now they are updating it to just better their numbers for corperate. my proof is, the tracker always states that it is delevered about 10-15 min before we actually get the food. when we call to ask where it is as its marked as delivered, the manager states it is out for delivery, and will be there soon

They forgot the sauce! Two stars only because the pizza was ready for carryout on time. But really, how does a pizza joint forget the sauce?
