When this franchise location first remodeled and started making a better pizza it was fantastic. They have gone downhill with their quality since. However for a 5.99 carry out special I have a hard time arguing about it

I want to let everybody know, me as a citizen of the United States of America, I placed a order at domino's pizza at 5 points Huntsville AL 35801 NW, and they told me that they didn't deliver in my neighborhood, which is predominantly black, at night. I payed for the pizza over the phone with my credit card, and even offered to tip the deliver and they still said no. They also said that they would have the pizza ready at 10:45 for me to pick up, and I ordered the pizza at 10:25, and they said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I got up there at 10:48 pm, which is 23 minutes after they told me the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, but it wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. I then had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to have my order ready, and that's ridiculous for me as a customer to experince a situation like this. See, I am a black man with a family of 6, and Everytime we oder pizza from up there, we spend 40-50 dollars, except for tonight, we spent $25, and the F****** jerk, said he forgot we ordered the food, yet it was paid for over the phone. I think it was the worst F****** customer service I have ever experienced, and I think the whole F****** staff should be fired, and that black people should not order at night or morning because if our money is not good at night, why is it good in the morning. To me, all money is green no matter what neighborhood or person you are receiving it from.Not only am I posting a review, I am calling their F****** corporate office, and I calling the Better Business Bureau. So I recommend that no one should spend their money at Domino's at Five Points in Huntsville AL 35801. Their number is 1-256-539-5000. If it's not, a problem I would really like a respond to this, because I am highly confused on why it was so hard for them to deliver to a black community. Thank you.

The employees are always very nice and professional. We had abandoned Domino's© years ago, but they have really turned it around. The pizza is so good.

The employee's were very friendly and helpful. They made sure my order was correct the first time and the food was fresh and delicious. Parking lot is small but I enjoyed the experience.

We went to pick our pizza up, our on line order wasn't there. They claimed (the manager) that our 2 large pizzas was given to the wrong person. They didn't apolige. It was late,we needed food. We reordered our pizzas. It was cold outside. So I stood outside for the second time to get pizza. The guy came to the window I handed him what my daughter gave me to pay . Apparently after him counting the money and adding the bill 3 different I was 15%¢ short. So I'm still standing in the cold weather. He came back and said you don't have enough. You need 15¢. I got the 15¢ for him. But I was not nice to him.
