When I received my pizza, the pizza box was smashed and the pizza was stuck to the box. Called and notified worker. She had A VERY BAD and stated she didn’t have any orders for the name I gave her. I called back and verified the order number and address. She stated that a pizza would not be ready for a while but they will bring it and GIVE THE OLD PIZZA BACK to them By the way my son has already ate a slice . I’m very upset because I paid money for a pizza and got an attitude because it was delivered smashed. Services are terrible and would NOT recommend ordering from this dominos.
The worker Anthony was super friendly, positive vibes, helpful with making the order for me & quick to order. The food is great here & the team seem really nice & the atmosphere feels so chill. Definitely highly recommended coming here & getting pizza definitely worth the time, effort & the expense Food: 5/5
Casually eating my pizza and noticed hair. As you can see it clearly looks like male beard hair. I immediately called to inform them. The guy said “ok….what do you want a credit or for us to remake it” I said no I don’t want the pizza you can come pick it up and give me my money back. He put me on hold with out notifying me so I thought the phone when out. I called back he had someone else pick up. I asked for him he takes the phone and continues to be rude. I said are you the manager he said “yes” I said well I would like to speak to your manager because you’re rude. His response was “I offered you a new pizza or a credit what more do you want” Then the “general manager” gets on the phone and is just as rude and says that I can’t be refunded but I can have a store credit. What makes you think I want more food from you after I found hair and you’re not even apologetic regarding it. The worse customer services I’ve ever experienced. I fed this to my child!!
I give you one star for service, because why on this earth would you send out food that looks like this!?! One star for food, because look at this! I didn't see the pizza. My daughter ordered pizza and this pasta?. Come on how did you manage that? She works too danged hard for her money and this is what she served herself and my grandson. He was excited to order from you and so she served it. She don't drive, and they had nothing else. Shame on you. I stopped coming to you long ago because of this! Maybe now they have learned their lesson. I doubt it because you're cheap. Man it just makes me so frustrated to no end that you would send that out purposely. And she didn't want to call you to make this right. One day people will understand they are worth more than that!
I called my order in after online service was a headache. I will say the guy who took my order was very nice and pleasant. My issue is the timing and quality of food. In picture I got the new 5 cheese dip with bread, speciality chicken bites, medium pepperoni pizza, and I also ordered bread knots. Bread was dough and soaked in butter. Pizza was sloppy, half stuck to top. Chicken bites were burnt, stuck to the foil liner. The dip was another pile of grease, with enough for only one person to have a few pieces. Only reason I did not call to complain to store was fear of would be the same. I asked my family to give this place a tryfirst time and I'm now ashamed.
I was told my order would be an hour and a half wait. Ok, that's fine it's a weekend. I had a feeling to call them in less than an hour. Turns out it was ready for pickup, and cold when I got it and tasted like it was sitting for some time. No text or anything telling me it was ready. Had I waited a full hour and a half like the person on the phone said, it would have been stone cold. Embarrassing because I was treating guests, and at least wanted fresh pizza. They could at least send a text when the order is ready for pickup. Cold, mediocure at best. Will not be back. Even Little Caesars Hot and Ready tasted fresher and better than this.
Domino's has awsome food the quality is always great. The app is so easy to use and makes it easy to apply any coupons they offer. Domino's has really stepped up to the plate with fresh quality tasting food.Food: 5/5
Put me on hold for 10+ minutes so I came in to place an order and the guy behind the counter just looked at me like he saw a ghost. When I said I wanted to place an order he just walked away while another guy is just sweeping the floor. Won’t waste my money at this location.Service: 1/5
I like this place. They don't have to work as quickly as they do, but they still make very good pizza. Cool people behind the counter.
Awesome service. They were very busy today at 8pm. I got really good service. One of their worker come to serve on our table during their busy time. They actually respect customer.
