Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sub. I called saying there is red sauce on my Buffalo Chicken Sub and was told its not possible that they put red sauce on the Buffalo Chicken Sub. Not sure about everyone else but that is 100% red sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Sub. The assistant manger insisted that it was made correctly but still tried making it right by giving me credit to go back there and order the same thing. Why so they can screw it up again and then say I'm lying.
I decided to use my reward points to order a pizza for delivery. I ordered a medium pan pizza with chicken, and extra Alfredo sauce. I got a pizza soaked in Alfredo sauce. Aug 7, 2022
Very friendly staff. I've been ordering on Friday or Saturday nights for a couple months now and I've never had an issue with my orders. Same girl is there every time and she's excellent. Food is always ready for me when I arrive. I don't understand how there are so many negative reviews. These people must be desperate for free meals.
Terrible humans! It was going to be 40 minutes for a small cheese pizza and they only told me after I paid and I simply said please let me know before and the cashier flipped out and screamed at me. These people need to lose this franchise. All I said was 'let people know what the wait is '. This place is a garbage pit. Terrible humans
Over an hour for crushed food and lava crunch cakes with some weird yellow goo which I've never seen on one before. Also they just never gave me my sauces at all. Genuinely awful, also side note I don't want the coupon I'm never touching a domino's again. UPDATE: gave this store a second chance figuring they must have gotten better what a dense choice that was, the phone is always a bot and when they did pick up they just switched it back to a bot again. There's no excuse for your customer service fo be so awful and progressively worsen as time goes on. I can't beleive I actually felt my prior review was harsh
Worse store ever in Westford. I ordered 2 large pizza by phone. When I arrived to pick up my order. There was one girl making pizza. Playing her phone with bare hand and touching here and there and touching dough with same hands without washing them. I asked her you don't have gloves? Or you don't like to put on those gloves. She made excuses and told me that she is only one person in there and she has to take the phone calls and all ordered. And manager asked her not to put on any gloves when making pizza. I don't understand, they serve customers with their dirty hands????!!!!! I wanted to cancel my order. But I didnot. And took home and open the pizza. It was the worst one i ever ate pizza this nasty. Half of the pizza had only cheese and in half there were toppings on it. I am eating Domino's pizza for last 5 years and got the worst one here in westford.
The last half dozen times I've gone here it has been terrible. Very inconsistent, no quality control. The hand tossed pizzas have thin with the consistency of cardboard. Every time I go in to this location are different people. Maybe if you pay more than minimum wage you would get more quality employees and less of a employee turnover rate HENRY!
One worker on a Friday night? Waited an hour and left without my order and lost money. Outrageous and to do that to a worker? Shame on the company. 6/22 Same issue two works, all orders are pushing 15 minutes late. If you are short staffed don't open the store.
WOW, the worst customer service experience ever! I certainly don't expect 5 star dining, or I wouldn't be going to Dominoes, but I expect quality customer service. I ordered from the Westford, MA location at 6pm just a pizza and some wings. Once I got the email confirming my order, I started tracking it. The estimated time for curbside pickup was between 6:54pm and 7:04pm no biggie, right? We left to pick it up at 6:30 because we live about 20 minutes away shows how much we really wanted this pizza dinner! I texted "HERE" as instructed by the email to alert the workers that I was ready. My pizza tracker still showed in the prep phase, even at the time my order was said to be ready. At 7:10, well over the hour mark, my boyfriend went inside to check on the order. He was told they're extremely busy and we'll have to wait. We waited another 10 minutes 7:20 at which time I was beyond frustrated and went inside to ask for a refund. I received no apologies, no offering to make it right, nothing. This was one of the worst fast food experiences and I will never be returning to this location chances are I won't be a Domimoes customer anymore. Would not recommend this location, save your time and buy frozen pizza!
Domino’s in Westford, MA is cheating the 2-Minute Guarantee system. Countdown timer started at 5:53:04pm. Was shut off at 5:53:24. The food wasn’t brought out until almost 5 minutes past 6pm. Dominos needs to do better. Cheating the system is NOT the way to keep customers. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had this happen at this location.
