Ok, so...I LOVE Dominoes Pizza. Out of all of the pizza chains that deliver to me, they sure definitely my favorite. Because of their loyalty program, I also tend to order quite frequently. However, lately, their food and customer service seems to have taken a turn for the worst. Despite the fact that there are CLEAR instructions on how to correctly locate my residence, my food was delivered to my neighbor. I immediately called the restaurant and made contact with Anessa who identified herself as a supervisor, and let her know that the dominoes driver left my road but didn't deliver my order. She said she would check with her driver but that she highly doubts telling the truth because the delivery driver she had that evening was her "most senior driver" and "if he says he delivered your order, I trust that he delivered your order Upon investigation, I figured out that it was delivered to my neighbor whose address number is posted right on their house. So, Anessa FINALLY agreed to remake the order. When we finally received it, it was missing an entire order of wings, and the Pizza was missing half of its crust. The wings also barely had any sauce. Some of the wings weren't even sauced at all. When I called back to let her know that my order was unsatisfactory, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that she already remade my order once and that she wasn't going to keep remaking it over and over. I asked who I was speaking to and when she told me her name was Anessa, I said "Oh you're the one who was so rude to me last time..." she responses by saying "ok. Great. So what else do you want from me?" Honestly, I could hardly believe how I was being spoken to. It made me never want to go back there... which stinks because I love Dominoes food when it's made correctly.
The last three times I have gotten pizza here - It has been amazing! I don’t know if dominoes tweak the ingredients or if this location is just on par but something has definitely changed for the good. This is now my favorite place to get pizza. And you can’t beat the carry out prices.
The absolute worst location in town. Our order has been incorrect the last two times we ordered here they are the only times we've ordered from this location. The first time the toppings were wrong. This time we ordered two Brooklyn pizzas and got larges instead and the staff gave my wife a "deer in the headlights" look when she questioned it. Don't order from here as the staff is totally incompetent!
Order said it was delivered but it wasn't. The only recourse offered online was a free pizza which was not equal in value to the order that was never delivered. In fact, if you go online to report an issue, they don't even offer "pizza never delivered" as a choice. In any event, I called 10 times and no one answered. A little over an hour after the pizza was marked as "delivered" the driver showed up and said the driver who was going to deliver the pizza got their keys locked in their car. Ok great, so what does that have to do with my order being marked delivered if the original driver couldn't deliver it? This was the 2nd time this happened to me. The first time, I chalked it up to a mistake but now I know better. I will buy pizza elsewhere. They prefer to have their ticket times look good to corporate more than they do their customers. I'd rather they be honest with how long the order will take vs lying and marking it as delivered.
This was my worst pizza experience in my life and I'm 50. Couldn't get a response from corporate problem is still unresolved. I got a call from the manager of the other one I made a mistake and said it was the crown point store. This review has the right store. In short my pizzas arrived looking like the driver turn them upsidedown and did donuts on them in the parking lot. How can a company boast about fixing other food chains problems and they can't get theirs right. If you order from here you will be extremely disappointed.
Worst pizza ever...marinara sauce was bitter and lots of acidity. Parmesan bread bites were different sizes and mostly not cooked all the way through.
First time ordering from this location the delivery guy was really nice the salads have an expired date and the pizza was Cold, Well not order from this location again
We order from Domino’s all the time, and usually it’s really good. Sometimes, there’s mistakes but we look past them and we are usually credited anyway. We ordered two pizzas and two coca colas - we received only one coca cola, initially. As the delivery driver was bringing back our sodas, we noticed one of our pizzas was made incorrectly - it was supposed to be a thin crust pepperoni with salami. There was no salami. We tried to call the store twice, but there was no answer both times. When the delivery driver came back with our second soda, we told him about our pizza being made incorrectly and he said he will call the store so we can get a replacement pizza. The driver comes back, the person on the phone possibly manager or supervisor was not only yelling at him on the phone accusing him of messing up, but also demanded for us to bring the pizza to the driver that way he can see if there wasn’t salami on it, which was strange to us because it felt as though they were accusing us of lying to them. So we bring the pizza to the driver, and he confirms to the manager or supervisor it was made incorrectly. The manager yells back and says, “well all we can do is give a store credit because we are 2.5 hours behind on deliveries,” like it was somehow our fault they were behind on deliveries. I’m sorry, but let me tell y’all something - you’re 2.5 hours behind on deliveries because you are not cross-checking your orders, not answering your store phone, and delivering terrible customer service in the process. I’m a manager in the service industry, and everything that we are taught not to do was exhibited by store management. And because I know what it feels like to be in service and to lead a team, I usually give leniency for mistakes or mess ups. But when managers or supervisors are literally screaming at their employees and accusing their customers of being liars, a line must be drawn. I felt for our driver, he probably walked out the store being handed the wrong order, and he tried to make the moment right for us, which is more than what the manager did. I’m usually not one to write negative reviews, but this experience took the cake to that extent. We will not be ordering from here again, and we order from here a lot. And not only will we not be ordering again, word about this experience will get out there. And based on many reviews on here, it seems I’m not alone. I understand times are rough right now for many in the service industry, but tonight’s experience was unacceptable and even downright embarrassing. And when you have management that clearly doesn’t respect you, what you do, or your self-worth, mistakes are bound to be made. Thank you for trying to make the moment right, William. We hope new management is found soon for everyone’s sake.
This location is horrible. I ordered some pizzas a few moths ago and after like 30 minutes they called me asking "Is this a real order or is it a prank" I was so confused... IT was a real order and yall did horrible. The pizza wasnt even hot and it was dry. After a few bites i just threw it away. Will not order from here again.
My pizza was absolutely delicious! The molten lava cake is always a favorite! Every Friday! This is my thing.. STAFF SO AWESOME! See you all Friday!
