Food was as expected. Customer service was a bit lacking, bordering on rude. I understand that staffing issues these days lead to less than desirable customer service experiences, so I've adjusted my expectations accordingly. But that doesn't mean that there's ever a time where dismissive and rude customer interactions are acceptable.  Do better, Domino's!

Product quality needs some work. Portion&placement mostly.

Omg....shortage on sauce? Pizza so dry and over cooked the crust cracked. Shorted me on boneless chicken, counted pieces that broke off as a whole 1!! Never again, I'll stick to my local Domino's.

Order #1205 made by Felicia. I’ve never had any issues ordering pizza from the Federal Way location but today all 3 of our pizzas were very disappointing. First off the 2 large pizzas were undercooked. We had to bake it again since we didn’t want to eat RAW dough!!! Secondly, my GF pizza was supposed to VEGETARIAN!! All I asked for was shredded Parmesan, jalapeños and green peppers. What I got instead was a chicken pizza with pineapples, jalapeños, green peppers and onions I’m ALLERGIC to onions!!!!. So needles to say, I couldn’t eat the GF pizza which a paid $12 for a small size. Thirdly, all pizzas should’ve had extra garlic parmesan sauce but non on them did. Needless to say this particular order was very, very disappointing.

We have been ordering from this Domino's for many years. Our pizzas have always arrived in the time frame they estimated when ordering. Always hot. Drivers are friendly and courteous. The only reason I give four out of five stars is price. Delivery fee seems a bit steep and some of the coupon prices don't seem like you're really getting a deal. All that said, I'll continue ordering pizza from this store.

Those cinnamon twist won't all that but the lady gave us a huge whopping of napkins prob cause I'm black which honestly was warranted so like thanks I guess

Over cooked Italian sandwich, with mystery burnt pieces. I called and asked for a replacement. The second sandwich was not over cooked, but tasted way to salty, like someone dumped a lot of salt on it. It was unedible and waste in $.

First time in this store for take-out. It was around 3-4 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. I usually shop at the 336th St. store, but was unable to use the $3 tip there, so just decided to try out this store. The store is a lot larger than my usual store. Service was quick, and pizzas were cooked very well, the pan pizza particularly. The 336th store sometimes neglects to add the garlic seasoning to the crust. Picked up some individual napkins from the dispenser, and was provided with a small stack from behind the counter when the service provider saw me do that. Much appreciated. Overall, very positive first experience!

Yum!  Teamed up with Stranger Things and coincidentally we had Domino’s watching Season 4  tonight.

They're stupid app didnt tell them we were there and our hazard lights were on but they didn't get up dates so they didn't honor their "free pizza" I ordered a pizza at 913 the pizza app said 916 it was done but that was until I freshed it 1800 times and it was 945pm at that time we were STILLL waiting not knowing it was done hella ago!!!! App finally refreshed and my pizza had been sitting there staring at me thru the window as I sat there hungry AF waiting to pressed that "I'm ready 2 mark " button
