Terrible delivery, terrible manager. Both Percy and Florentino are so rude. I have never seen such rude people and terrible customer service before in my life. First of all, it was a late delivery. Second and worse; Percy called me and said he cannot come to bring the pizza because he cannot leave his car. He asked us to go and find him!!! I said he has to come, that's what delivery is for. He hung up, and made us wait and look for him!!! We called Florentino, super-rude guy, instead of helping, he started to argue us that they cannot bring the pizza to the building??? What is the delivery for then? We told him that we ordered 2 days ago and they brought to our door! He kept arguing with us, not even an apology!!! He shouldn't be a manager. Please train this rude guy. Never gonna order from that terrible place!!
ordered stuffed cheesy bread and received stuffed cheeses bread with BACON AND JALANPENO. My boyfriend and I do not eat pork, and have never ate pork and we did not realize what was in our stuffed cheesy bread until we were half way done. We are both currently sick and throwing up because of this accident. We called the store back demanding a refund because of this inconvenience and they offered to send the correct order but we are no longer even hungry and reacting horribly to digesting the pork. Once we realized the bacon I called and spoke with a young lady on the phone and she had a very nasty attitude and was no help. This was a horrible experience for me and I truly have to blame the workers for their lack of attention. A small mistake shouldn’t be acceptable when dealing with food as people have allergies, religious reasonings etc.
I will never order here again. They sent me a pizza with no cheese ? I waited over 1 hour for my food and they don’t answer the phone to resolve the issue. I want my money back. Highly upset, no manager on duty.
This is the worst dominos ever , the ppl that work here are rude and send food they probably wouldn't eat themselves. Why do you guys play with ppls money and food. This is horrible . They should definitely shut this store down . Will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Bread is overcooked and hard .
The worst customer service we ordered a pie @12:08 I was told 15 mins for delivery it’s been 45 mins and they are not even answering the phones they should hire people That are responsible
The worse customer service ever. Waited over two hours for pizza to only be yelled at by the driver when asked why did it take so long and multiple attempts to call. As per the driver they're not even taking costumer calls. Please stay away.
I ordered pizza at 8:00 and got the pizza at 10:40 you can see the pizza it’s cold and I called the store they’re very disrespectful and when I complained she hang up the phone. Please do not order on this shett.
They are a mile half away and they are delivering my order so forget Pizza Hut order from here
I ordered about 12:47 Saturday night I waited patiently even though the delivery time was over 60+ minutes around 2:20 am I get an email saying the delivery wasn't what they hoped it would be ..??? This the third time I've issues with the company not only this location I'm surprised they are still in business. update I called the store and they won't answer. Now is 2:46 and a random number from NY is calling me like crazy I hope is not the driver trying to deliver pizza after 2 hrs. I order from them just cause is the closet to me he went all over the city first even though I'm only 4 min away from the store.
Worst dominos ive ever seen, delivery regularly takes 1 1/2 hrs, pizza arrives cold, workers dont care about job
