3 stars all only for customer service. Staff was very friendly but got my order wrong twice.. : I ordered with App. App says Delivery not available in your area, hence had to pick up. When reached home they had the toppings wrongs. I called them, they said they will deliver a fresh on for me. When delivery received, the pizza was not baked or something, the topping and sauce were all over the box, as shown in picture below. Called and they asked for proff, when I share the photo, they credited me for free pizza in future. Hence the 3 stars for customer service and -2 for No Food.. : May be this is one time event, will update the comments if I have a better experience next time. Also, they do deliver no matter what app says. Better to call. Updated: tried for the second time, still the same. The pizza with Alfredo sauce was all over the box and when I showed them they were like the person might have put too much Alfredo sauce. I have been eating the same for years and never had this problem. Won't try it again here!!
We don't know what's going on with the Domino's franchise, but service seems to be declining across the United States. According to various online surveys, pizza is the most ordered item during the pandemic, which could have adversely affected delivery. But two years have passed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, so you would think that they would have found ways to do things differently. After 160 minutes, our command of extra pepperoni not jalapenos and vegetarian pizza arrived. One would imagine that after leaving a driver with a 30% tip during a recession, our pies would have arrived much earlier. Do not bother to call because the telephone is literally ringing and the digital tracker is piss poor at best. The pro - they directly brought it to our hotel room! The con - poor customer service with a long wait. We could have taken an Uber to the store and saved on delivery plus gratuity.
Bad customer service. They hang up on you when they don’t want to deal with questions. Several times in the past they have forgotten toppings that I paid for. Waited 1 hour and a half for 2 medium pies. Tracker showed they skipped my delivery for last by delivering to several locations around my address except me.. probably due to previous complaints I made to them. Pizza was delivered cold. When it comes to this location.. you’re better off anywhere else.
Very nice service and well done taste of foodie , thanks for all the staff. Edit: Azhr Prince and Hamza and Ali , Basheer and all female employees. They are making a delicious pizza My order was tossed crust pizza with green bell pepper and premium cheese and chicken. 5 of 5. Thanks again.
Review 1: Pizza was delicious and they almost gave me extra 2 pies, but I was honest enough to mention I only ordered 1. It was tasty and properly cooked. Review 2: so another time I ordered a local pick up, I was a bit disappointed at their service. My order was marked ready, so I stepped to the counter, and the manager said wait another few minutes. I saw my order was ready, another worker cut the pie and placed it on the shelf. So I told the manager to check that one, as it looked like mine. He ignored my words, had me stand there for about 10 min, until line prep guy asked my name, checked the order and voila, there was the same order I mentioned. So changing my 5 star to 3 star only for the manager’s carelessness.
Pizza was tasty staff is. Ok but wait period is longer than expected I was in the store the put the box in the rack but inform me after 5 minutes , I am standing infront of the counter that means ???
Very late and cold, asked them to see the picture of what we Received, they can’t do text or email apparently. Waited very long for this. Very Disappointed
The food here is good, my issue is that they never have a mask on and are talking to each other while preparing the food. One guy ended up dropping my pizza on the floor, picked it up checked it and told me it was fine and gave it to me to take. Really?!? I called and filed an official complaint. Seems like the manager doesnt care because I still see the same issue and seems like nothing is being done. Look at that making people’s foods with NO MASK at all again.
Ordered half chicken pizza and half cheese pizza they just give almost 1chicken piece small on one slice of pizza. Really bad experience to order a chicken pizza rather I should have order full paying for chicken pizza n getting just 5 to 6 pieces of chicken on topping.
It’s very hard to mess up dominos but they managed to mess up everything about my order. The pizza would’ve been cut better by my 6 year old. They didn’t give me any of the sauces I asked for. Pizza was undercut. Wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this location unless you want your food to be a complete disappointment
