I placed a future online order at 9:30 am before opening for 11:00 delivery. I see there’s no delivery at 11:00 so I call and they tell me they haven’t even started my order. They wanted me to wait 30 mins but I had to be somewhere. So I said I will come by at 12:30 pm to pick it up instead. At 12:30 I arrive and my order is still NOT ready. The employee at the front desk tried to lie and say I told him 3:00 pm. Couldn’t believe it. This establishment is beyond unprofessional!
Worst dominoes ever. They’re rude and have no consideration for peoples money. My order took over 3 hours to be delivered. I called twice! The first time I was told the driver PATRICK is on the way. After 40 minutes I called again asked how long again, the person literally just hung up in my face. They are very unprofessional and again RUDE. I would not recommend anyone to order from here and if ZERO stars were an option they would’ve definitely received that.
Beyond terrible. RIP OFF!!! This dominos does not follow free pizza if under 2 minute car side delivery . Instead they stop the timer after you arrive, to reflect in their system they’re under the 2 minute mark; when in reality, They are way over. I called the store, wanting to know why the timer was stopped & how I did not qualify for a free pizza since it was brought out well over the 2 minute mark. “baba” or so his name is. Took the calls. Calls being he repeated hung up the phone. Would not let me speak, discredited everything I had to say. Knowing full well he is in the wrong. Petty enough to threaten me with calling the cops… all due to the fact I caught “baba” in the wrong, & they refuse to acknowledge it.
Trash pizza.. got the order wrong. And was over a hour. Pizza was raw and soft. Our pasta was half empty. Worst Domino's I've ever had 100
Sandwiches were sooo small and crapy. Pizza was the second worst I have had in my life. All that for $70. Come on man.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. The absolute WORST Domino's I've ever experienced. Ridiculously bad customer service. Will pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Then will let it ring nonstop until you hang up. Unintelligible once they do decide to say a word.
Not only is parking horrible in the lot but I ordered my food at 8 and when I showed up to pick up the order at 8:28 because they said it was ready. Although when I get to the store the order was no where to be found. After waiting for 10 mins the order was offered to be remade. Very unorganized and unprofessional
I’d give them zero if I could. We placed an order through the app for our babysitter and kids while we went out to dinner and it said delivered but it was not. We called the store and asked where it was and whoever answered said it’s in its way still and hung up on us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
try calling store repeatedly and redirect to central call center which did not help. the order was for 5 cheese dip & bread twists instead got the 5 cheese dip but got cinnamon twist.
This location is a joke, thwy have a very small amount of good drivers that will do their job and deliver your meal to your door step. The rest of the driver's are useless when it comes to getting you your order to your door step. They will lie through their teeth and make up stories about why they cannot get out of their car to bring you your pizza. If you call the store requesting them to rectify the situation. They offer you a call credit which is useless because it never put it down on their system. They feed you lies about how they'll speak to the driver and make sure to get it fixed. Good luck getting them on the phone because they will likely always have a busy tone. It's really unfortunate because we like our Domino's pizza at this point it's better to take your business elsewhere.
