This is the worst pizza place in San Diego.  I’ve had an issue every time I’ve ordered here.  This time the order was made wrong.  One of the pizzas had noticeably stale dough compared to the other pizza. Neither pizza was cut all the way through. The grossest part was that no one had hair nets on.

I called in to the Dominoes located at 8726 Lake Murray Blvd Ste C2, San Diego, CA 92119 yesterday at about 4:30 on my way home from work to pick up a couple pizzas for the family. The Man who answered the phone obviously did not care about hiding his displeasure having to answer the phone. When he answered the phone with a heavy sigh, and said "Dominoes". I said "Hi there. Id like to order a couple pizza's for pickup for 4 people. What special's  do you have going on ?" His reply was "The same specials we always have going on" with obvious disgust I asked the question. I just hung up the phone. If the employees hate being there that obviously, I sure don't want them making food I'm going to be eating.

I have been eating pizza for over 60 years. I have consumed pizza at various places throughout the U.S. and abroad. I have tended to prefer Domino's Pizza wherever possible. They adhere to a certain quality standard that I have observed here as well as overseas. Lately I have had a craving for a "Hand tossed cheese pizza with Philly Steak, Black Olives and Jalapeno Pepper condiments." My most recent order was particularly gratifying and had a nice, spicy kick to it...

Domino's Pizza is way better now than it used to be, they improved their crust immensely and they don't skimp on items on the pizza. Because of that, they'll keep getting our business.

It cost $6 delivery fee to get pizza delivered at Domino's.  Remember that before you order.  A pizza cost $6 and so does the delivery fee.  Better off getting GrubHub for the same price.

Pizza is good, love the gluten free crust but the wait time is always wrong. Ordered  online, went to pick it up and the guy told me it was gonna be another 45 minutes  to an hour. No notification or anything, ended up just canceling  my order.

Poor pizza presentation. The new on time arrival is a hoax,  we arrived on time and our timer was stopped at 34 seconds to go. It took the pizza guy another 2 minutes to bring out the pizza and when we asked if we qualified  for a free pizza do to ontime arrival guarantee he said he didn't know and couldn't explain why the timmer stopped.  Not sure what company goals are at stake but it's sad to see how most companies drive their success at the employees expense by holding them accountable and employee is now driven by fear to do what is necessary to meet companies expectation. For the most part higher ups don't want to hear the truth and only want to hear praises. Will not return to Dominos . Good luck with your pizza .

Great Dominios. you just get that negative experience every now and again where a delivery driver does not know how to get out of their car and deliver in a timely fashion. If I wanted that experience, I would just order food from GrubHub.

This is by far the best Domino's I have ever gone to. I love all the employees. They greet you when you walk in the door with a smile. There pizza is always made just the way I ordered it and it taste great too. If you use delivery, all there drivers are fast and courteous and in clean uniform.  The pizza arrives extremely hot too.
