Tonight was the worst experience i’ve ever had with dominos. Originally they had forgotten our drink and had to go back to the store to get it. Totally cool with that, mistakes happen. However, upon opening our food we noticed that the pasta we ordered had almost nothing inside. I mean, it was like a single layer of noodles, just barely making sure the bottom of the pan was mostly covered. So we called and talked to the store manager Matthew about it. Matthew definitely did not have good customer service. Definitely just seemed like he was annoyed with us, but he did eventually say he would remake it and send it over with the soda. A few minutes pass and we get a voice mail from Matthew asking us to call him back. After we called him back he asked if we started eating the food, which we said yes to because from our experience, restaurants can’t take food back and we’re not about to be wasteful. Matthew then told us that since we started eating it, he couldn’t correct the order, as that was us “accepting it”. We were not okay with this. So after some back and forth arguing we told him he could take back the remainder of the pasta and he would still bring us a new order. When the delivery driver finally came back, she laughed at us. Very unprofessional. Then to top it off our soda was warm and instead of replacing our pasta, they just brought us a pasta bowl with melted cheese only. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. As someone who works in food service, this was just totally unacceptable

Ask for extra pepperoni and well done!! Didn’t get either. This pizza is horrible and went back inside and the worker said, per the manager this is extra pepperoni. Last $ I’ll spend @ Domino’s Columbia!! Would’ve gave a zero, but couldn’t!!

I usually have trouble with this Dominos, but it's usually small things like they forgot dipping sauce so I never worried about it. This time was different; we ordered 2 large pizzas and some sauce with bread twists. It took about an hour for it to arrive. Both pizzas had bacon, but the bacon was mostly on one or two pieces on both pizzas. One pizza was supposed to have buffalo sauce on top but it didn't and seemed to have barely any cheese. It was also barely cut. To top it off, the bread twists were undercooked and still doughy.

Ordered a car side order around 130 PM. They gave me the wrong pizza and i didn't noticed until I got home so i called and they couldn't care less. Didn't offer to make the correct pizza at all

If I could give this store negative stars I would. It is absolutely the worst dominos I have ever dealt with. Not only do they not commit to the orders that are CALLED IN.. but they wait til after they close to call and tell me they can’t deliver it… 40 minutes later!! I ended up with nothing to eat tonight. I hate dominos now and will never ever order form this one in Columbia il or another again. Screw dominos for leaving me hungry and unable to order anywhere else bc of the way they did me. I am disgusted.

Worst experience ever… I picked my order up when I got home noticed I didn’t get even half my wings I ordered. Talked with manager he really didn’t care and didn’t want to be bother with it. Didn’t get my money back or the food I ordered. I will never go back to any Domino’s.

I never post reviews but I had ordered food and after 3 hours it was put out for delivery. An hour later still did not get my food. After 4 hours I just canceled it. I asked for a full refund. I gave it a few days because refunds may take time. Still have not received one.

I am an over the road truck driver and broke down on the side of the road on 255 waiting for someone to come for repairs. My husband and I have been sitting here since 8 am this morning 4-10-22 and was getting hungry. I called several places but no one would deliver to us even after explaining I would walk to Weber Car Wash. So I called this Domino's and spoke with the manager and she said it would be no problem to deliver there for us. I want to give a big shout out to this store for going above and beyond to help us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.You ladies and gentlemen are awesome.

I have never gotten dominoes at this location, nor had it in a few years. Grabbed 2 pizzas. This location is so awesome. Great employees, very clean with plates,napkins and utensils to go. Probably the best pizza I've had in awhile. Kudos to the workers because they are Killin it!! Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Domino's! . They were crazy busy at the time I came in to get my pizza. The manager, Amber, was absolutely grace under fire. She was kind, very sweet and working so hard. The other employee I saw, while working hard and rushing around to keep up, actually looked happy. Its rare to see happy workers at a fast food place. The place was very clean, all safety protocols followed, and my pizza was hot, made the way I like, and the wait time was reasonable. I will be back for sure!! I normally wouldn't write a review for a pizza place, but Amber and her crew weren't something you see everyday, so I had to sing their praises.
