Ordered at 9pm. Should have been there by 10:05pm. Not received. Called. Should be there in one hour. Wait one hour. Call back at 11. Shop is Closed. Deliveroo order updated : should have received it. So scammed a pizza. They don't deliver and don't cancel the order but take the money.
Through their app I am able to customize my pizza and side orders and also for once I'm able to request to pay in cash and restaurant tickets which UberEats and Deliveroo still don't let me do. I've had this pizza 4 times so far. Always arrives warm and delicious and it's also good for reheating. Their kickn chicken side dish is also great.
One of the worst domino's pizza in Paris. Run away from it. After a 30 min delay, I called the "restaurant" and they told me that they were having delivery problem, and that my order should leave the shop right away. I told the girl that it wasn't a problem, as long as the pizza arrives hot. 30 more minutes later, we received our order, and it was completely cold. I refused to pay for it, so the delivery man left, and I called back the shop to talk to them. The girl who answered told me that she was going to hand the phone to her manager, who never picked it off and kept me hanging for about 15 min. Please note that I was really calm and kind both times on the phone, as I really wanted to have a nice dinner. Note also that I live 5 mins away by bike from the "restaurant". They are extremely unprofessional, and this isn't the first time that it has happened to me. Avoid it because this is not a restaurant at all, it's a scam.
Terrible experience and worst customer service ever! Would not recommend. Took my pizza two hours to arrive, and when it did it was cold and tasted stale. Every time I rang them to get an update they would just pass the phone around and laugh - taking the piss! I don’t usually write reviews but this was a must.

Not too bad, it's what you would expect from an Industrial chain. The staff was welcoming, and service fast.
