Ordered a medium pizza deal with coupon. Deal was 4 toppings for $12.99, so I ordered double cheese and extra pepperoni and got the exact opposite. Barely any cheese or pepperoni. So good on , you. You got  my money but that’s it, never again.  Far too many better pizza places to deal with in the future and that’s exactly what I will do. #DonewithDomino’s

The wings are ridiculously small. How is this even possible? I just got 7 wings smaller than my thumb for 11$. Dominos certainly has gone down hill since I worked there 10 years ago.Food: 1/5

Very unhygienic experience Bought a pizza yesterday. The person who took the order used his bare hands to add the ingredients in the pizza.He dipped his hand inside the vessel containing pineapple, chicken and olives with out a gloves. The same hand he used to take orders by phone and in the pos also. He must follow the food and safety measures as he is working in a restaurant. Please instruct the staff to follow good hygien especially wear a gloves while adding the ingredients.

This is our go to Domino's branch and it's always great. Food is good, service is always nice and very helpful if we had an issue. We have to get Gluten free for the kids, and it's so soft and delicious!Food: 5/5

Ordered 2 pizzas online using 2 different coupons. Website is a little confusing with more steps than I think was necessary. The Checkout prompt should be called the "Review Order" prompt. After reviewing the order then continue to the "Checkout" prompt I like the tracking system they have Since we only live a 4 minute drive away from the store we know exactly when to leave the house so we can pick up the pizzas while they are pipping hot from the oven.

Tomato sauce is sooooo spicy!! No fault of the store but I couldn’t eat more the. A couple bites as I can’t tolerate spice.  I called and was connected to an amazing manager who offered a replacement pizza with different sauce and coupon.  Neither of which I was looking for. My call was simple feedback as not everyone can handle spice.  my husband who loves spice even stated it was quite spicy even for him….  The manager insisted and a replacement pizza was delivered within 20 minutes.  This is the above and beyond customer care that companies can learn from.  Not for the freebies, but for the compassion, listening and truly showing care for customers that exuded from her.  Well done!! Dominoes is incredibly fortunate to have managers like this.

Had a gift certificate for a free large pizza, so figured we’d try out this Domino’s tonight. Since we had the free pizza, I thought we’d order some wings as well. I ordered 16 wings and asked if we could do half one sauce, half another and was told yes.  Upon getting home I realized we were billed for 2 orders of 8 instead of just 16. I also ordered 4 ranch dips and was given 6. I would have asked what happened when pick up occurred, but unfortunately my bf went inside while I stayed in the car with our tired / hungry toddler we stopped on the way home from an activity, and we went home to eat.  The pizza was barely warm and the wings were tiny. We ended up paying around $35 for 16 tiny wings and 6 ranch dips.. definitely not worth it.
