I order these burnt pizzas from Dominos on 12-21-23. I had a family emergency that came up so when I got back into town 12-24-23 I called Dominos spoke to Alesha, she said she is the store manager. Alesha refused to refund me or remake the pizzas that are burnt and had cheese flavor on them. Even though I have the receipt and all the pizzas to show there are problems with the food, Alesha reason for not taken care of the problem is that I didn't call that day it happen, even though I have the receipt and the food to show? As I stated, my family and love ones come before a Pizza Alesha, Dominos clearly see they burned the pizzas and added some cheese flavor which I didn't want, and did nothing due to an incompetent manager! I won't never buy from them again!!!! Get your Burnt pizzas from Dominos while supplies last!!!!
I ordered pizza delivery around 6:30pm tonight and it took 90 minutes to arrive. When it did arrive, it was cold and the driver, Jacob seemed intoxicated. We called the location and all we were offered was to take the pizza back to them for a remake. If I had the ability to take the pizza back I would have just ordered pick up in the first place. They did not offer a coupon or credit at all. The woman we spoke to on the phone was short with us and when we asked for a manager, they simply said there’s nothing they could do. We will not do business with them again and go to a competitor after usually ordering a couple times a month. Dominos customer service needs to do better!
I order my pizza at 6.35pm. I received my pizza at 8pm, it's cold & they will not give me a coupon for a free pizza or bread sticks, plus to get a fresh one I would have to return myself. This will be the last time I order from you. I will seek a new place that will have better customer service.
This place has always been half Hit or Miss..but the management Needs to be alot better. The workers making the pizza were wiping their hands on the back of their pants after touching the ingredients with bare hands. And touching everything else. This is the last time I decided to Ever come here again. I ordered the New New York style..to give them a shot..1st off..the larges now look like Mediums. And some of my slices looked like regular cut slices, others weird shapes. And some were cut thru the crust but not down the length of the slice. I told Heather this is just a large pizza with wonky cutting..she was Adamant that it was the ny style. She offered to remake it, because clearly I felt like they just upcharged me for a large regular pizza. So I told her, I'll wait..but I'll take a slice since it's going to be a while. So she said no. A few smart comments as to why I was looking at her funny. Then takes the pizza from me..I told her, I didn't want another just a refund..she said she couldn't give me a receipt. But it would be cancelled..as I was getting ready to leave she slams the window and leaves..Now, this situation could've been handled Way better than this. And with her Attitude..I could've matched her Energy. BUT THIS IS A RESTAURANT CALLED DOMINOS. NOT HEATHERS PIZZA..DONT BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS THAT JUST WANT A GOOD PIZZA PAID PAID FOR WITH THEIR MONEY. SHE NEEDS TO GET TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE..SHE IS A TERRIBLE EXAMPLE OF A MANAGER. I WOULD NEVER EVER HIRE HER. AND IF SHES THE LEAD, I CAN SEE THIS STORE CLOSING DOWN, WITH CRAPPY SERVICE AND SLOPPY LOOKING FOOD. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THIS STORE.
Place my order online for delivery, and the pasta bowl they brought was the wrong one. When I called the store I was hung up on 4 times, Instead of offering to correct the order. This is the most unprofessional pizza place ever. I have had wrong orders from them 2 other times and treated as if I had made the mistake. Unbelievable!!! This employee should be fired, because he clearly doesn't have good customer service skills.
It took over an hour to get 2 simple pizzas. They weren't even cut when they arrived. When I called to ask about the status, the person had no ability to communicate the issue. You need to pay people better so you get better people. I will not be patronizing you again.Food: 4/5
I ordered about 25 minutes before my lunch break at work. I get there and there is only one person working which is pretty unacceptable during lunch hour. My food wasn’t even started yet which I wasn’t mad about because there was only one person doing everything! This poor guy is so stressed out, doing everything by himself. I really wanted to not go back to work so I could help him!!! I feel like I was probably the only person not mad and completely understanding because I’ve been in his position! I told him I wanted to cancel not because I was upset, but so he would have one less order to make. He was ready to walk out and I would be surprised if he didn’t. Shame on the manager and the owner of this location. If you don’t have enough staff to work you should close down. It’s not fair to the person working or the customers.
I didn't receive an item from my order. Called a few times yet they told me they had to place orders yet the driver is already on the way. Tajah delivered to my house a few times always nice with a big beautiful smile! She made sure I received my missing item as soon as the call ended! Thank you Tajah & Domino's staff!Food: 4/5
Got the wrong pizza delivered. Have to return the mistake and wait 30 minutes for the correct order to arrive. I would even just pay for the extra but instead I got points in the app that I have to use soon or I lose them. Not a good process overall. Edit -The new pizza showed up and instead of bringing it to the house they left it on the hood of my truck.
Haven't ate Domino's in a long time due to the fact the last time we ordered from here the food was terrible. Undercooked and just flat out nasty. We attempted again due to the fact we heard they're gluten-free pizza was good... girlfriend is gluten free. She loved it. And my regular pizza was better than last.Food: 4/5
