Easy access and location for Falls Church area. Always offering deals and the customer service is pretty consistently great. There a few window seats to wait for your food or eat a quick bite. Free Parking is right in front of the store. Pizza is always great and good quality. Very clear communication with regards to your order, from the app to the monitors inside the store. Parking: Always plenty of parking in front of the store. If not, a few feet away in the larger Safeway parking lot, there is a large amount of parking.
We love this store! Our orders are always completed with efficiency, correct and the food is excellent. The staff is courteous and friendly. We’ve never had a bad pizza or sandwich from this store—we order quite a bit throughout the school year and summer. We try to use store #4347 is much as possible for all of our summer and after school programs.
Staff is always friendly and helpful and delivers quickly. Their pizza is kind of meh, sometimes they put chicken in the pasta that I don’t order, but man oh man their sandwiches are amazing. Their chicken habanero sandwich is wonderful. So that gets five stars, the pizza gets three stars, and the pasta gets two stars since sometimes they put things in it that I didn’t order, like chicken. All in all four stars. But stick to sandwiches. Or hope they get your pasta right.
I follow the delivery and watch how many places they're delivering to and how far from me they are. These folks do their best, and it's usually quite good. I order every Friday at dinner time and I'm always astonished by how many orders they're dealing with at the same time. This is by far my favorite Domino's.Food: 5/5
Not even kidding one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting food. Order pizza at 725. Driver shows up at my place at 845 which is long but reasonable. Delivery never shows up and driver goes back to store. I call 3 times get hung up on every time and then go in and no one even helped me. Might not ever order dominos ever again after that. Wow.
I don’t understand why it takes an hour my pizza was in quality control for over 40 minutes to get to my home under 1 mile away. I’ve called twice. The first time they said it would be here in 10 minutes so 15 minutes later I called again. I’m still waiting and it’s been over 30 minutes since they said he was leaving the store. It shouldn’t take an hour to get this pizza. At this point I don’t even think it could be hot. Every time I order from this location, I say never again. This will be my last time. Where is my pizza!!
Our driver dropped off our order an hour and 20 minutes after we ordered, I called to ask what happened to it, he yelled at me to say he didn’t make a mistake, and the “manager” hung up on me. Find literally any other pizza place up to and including the leftovers of a Chuck E Cheese.
This is by far my favorite Dominos location, the staff are friendly and professional, and the shop is well-maintained. They are always very communicative and have called in any instances where they are short staffed or having issues with orders. I havent had any problems with them so far and I appreciate their transparency. And of course the pizzas are always top notch.
No sign posted sauing i cant record and he threateded to call the police I give up im done i even went to management the store manager used rude smart offensive comments when i was just trying to find out how his driver dialed the wrong number from an online purchase.. seeing him face to face his behavior and conduct was even worseThey charged my card twice they told me one price then made a fraudulent charge on my card for more than the total which placed my card in the negative and told me it takes up to 5 days to get refunded this is pure unprofessional business it’s actually a crime that was committed the store basically ROBBED me and laughed in my face when I called to address this #viral #share #news #consumerinfo
so on monday may 12 2024 came and ordered the managers specials which is two pizzas 2 toppings ,i waited about 40 minutes and when the lady a short lady whos also putting pizza on the boxes gives me 2 cheese pizzas whcich was wrong,so i told her ,that i ordered pepperonni pizzq a cheese pizza which she went and hand the other pizza,so another lady came trying to charge me for the pepperoni pizza,when i had already paid the 2 pizzas ,One think i notice they have a guy that has no idea on how to use the cashier i understand everyone needs to work but it crarzy how he didnt have any idea and was getting everything wrong,andthe short lady excuse i dont know her name she needs to be more nice to customers,Ilove dominos am regular customer and it really sucks dealing with those issues all with their headphones checking the phones while cooking ,some one needs to do something, if this keep happening i will post all over facebook and social media
