This place is consistent for sure. Consistent at screwing orders up. I do have to say the few times I've gotten irritated over having my order messed up and decided to call, the people working have been very polite and fixed it. It's new Kent so expected it takes thirty min to get you food but it's hot when it arrives huge plus. Not going to bash this place but they could really get some workers who can process and remember orders. Just would be nice to actually get your drink or have the pepperoni sperated on one side from everything else.

Ordering online was easy, kept me posted on progress and who made it, and was ready when I got there. The pizza was delicious and a great price. We will be back

We always order Philly steak pizza, and subs from this location and they always get it right. Great job!

The card reader was broken so the cashier had to enter the information manually.  Needless to say this did not work. I informed him that there is definitely something wrong with their system and he may want to look into it since they are several hours from closing. To which his response was there was nothing he could do. No number to call or anything.  Makes no sense to me but he is the expert employee. Oh and the kicker they wont take any bills higher then a 20. My bill was almost 40 dollars but they couldn't accept a 50 for payment. Some other franchise will get my money tonight and I will likely never return to this pissed poor establishment again! They deserve zero stars.
