I had a horrible experience with this store!! I ordered online,  as I have twice a month for the last 2 years.  Same order, same store,  same delivery address. They took the money off of my bank card,  then waited till it was delivery time,  called me and told me that they don't deliver to my address,  and never have! Then hung up on me! I called back and was told that my card would be refunded the money,  in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks,  nothing! If I could rate them negative, I would! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Dominos has changed the sauce recipe and upgraded food quality. I was skeptical at first but I've been very pleased with not only the quality of my food but the friendly staff when I visit the store. Helps that I'm a friendly person too so every visit is literally a good moment in my day. That's why I choose them. And the coupons!!!!!

for the price of 1. Fails that is! I placed an online order, received a call from the restaurant to let me know that they did not have the dough used to make the Parmesan Twists. Ugh! But ok, I decided to go with Cheesy Bread instead. Get to Dominos, my pizza is ready but someone forgot to put my Cheesy Bread in the oven. Seriously?! You forgot my substitution after being ill-prepared?? OK, so I sit down and wait for it. My pizza is getting cold, but I'm waiting. After all, I prepaid. My complete order is finally ready and I ask for crushed red pepper and cheese packets only to be told "We sell those." You're kidding right? You failed me twice in 1 night and you expect me to pay for some damn red pepper??? WOW!! I took my lukewarm pizza and bread home. Unhappy. Management needs to empower their employees to make customer satisfaction decisions, do a better job with ordering ingredients and remember that there are other pizza options right down the street.

I CANT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE HOURS OF OPERATION CLEARLY SAY THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 12pm FOR CARRY OUT AND DELIVERY. I call at 10:50pm for a carry out and was called back to be told that the carry out closes at 10pm. So I ask if delivery is still open and I am told it’s a two hour wait for delivery. The staff is super ignorant. This place is a mess.

Literallly just pulled up when I saw hours of operation stated 12am, but as I left out my car to go in one employee gave me we are closed signal..... I'm a district manager for a company and also franchise with another. Definitely would not allow this to happen with any of my businesses. 

Owner seems to care less, so instead of doing just a review on google, better business bureau will be contacted as well as dominos franchisee corporate. 

Businesses like this should not exist within the community, with family members working for the mayor of south Chicago heights as well might as well let them know.

I can't stand subpar service, you have a lot of completion within the community seeing the multiple bad reviews the owner really needs to figure this out or do us all a favor and close shop.
