Food was hot, quick, and the service was good. They greeted me seven I came in the door, and had the order done correctly.

The food is good but the service is unacceptable. I ordered my food over 2 hrs and it still has yet to arrive. When I called after the first hour, the manager said they came and called and couldn't find my address so they left. I had no missed calls. I've just called back again and they said they got swamped and he forgot to send the driver back out but they won't charge me. Of course they won't. Lol this service doesn't deserve a penny. As it is now I have to be up in 6 hours for class. The only reason why I didn't simply cook was because I just got done working a 13 hour shift. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service.  Also, unlike several of the other pizza joints in town, they've never botched one of my orders or forgotten to deliver part of my meal.  The food itself is also good.
