Consistently late deliveries. They could at least call you and say "Hey, let me be honest for a second... this pizza might not get to you when you planned" Doesn't matter the time/day. Very, very late. We're talking 1.5 maybe 2 hours on average wait time after ordering. (For some reason I keep ordering from them so this is a significant sample size) One time I ordered a pizza maybe 10 minutes before the cut off. The website widget said "out for delivery" and the pizza never came!!! I had to call them the next day (They never tried to follow up with me) What am I doing right now? Waiting for some pizza... Lots of opportunities for growth here dominos!

Ordered online for carryout. When I arrived to pick up, my order was not there. Sat in store for about 45 mins for them to remake my pizzas which when I first ordered only took about 15 mins to be ready for pick up. They offered a free soda to me and my family of 4.bi accepted and they gave me a 20 oz bottle. Not even a 2 liter. And neither of my pizzas were cut. Ridiculous

Order took 80 minutes. They lied on the domino tracker and said it would be here at a certain time when I waited by the door waaaaay past the time. I was outside waiting the driver didnt even come out of the car and took off with my pizza by the time he got there. I called the store twice only to be on hold for 30 minutes and that they would send the driver back with what cold pizza???! Not even an apology. This is horrible customer service. Definitely unsatisfied.

I been ordering from this same dominos for hella long. Im satisfied everytime its still nice and hot. the only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because they still take a nice amount of time bringing it to me when im not that far.

Just awful. I recently got a missed call and they never delivered a pizza I had already paid for. I've had the driver take 90 minutes on previous occasions. I called the store and they said they'd contact the driver. After another 20 minutes they just put me on hold for ten minutes until midnight when they closed. Bad service is one thing, but this is theft. Never again.
