Horrible service, I put an order at 9pm and waited till 10:45pm and still didn’t receive my order, I called them but I got yelled at and was told wait. They hang up the phone on me :( when I called back no one answered the phone. I have never seen this bad customer service, they take your money but you will never get your pizza, be aware, this place is thief , very disappointed 😔

Palisades Dominos delivery is getting worse and worse over time. Pizzas are delivered late and cold. Makes my frozen pizza experience that much better.

I sent an online order and when I went there it wasn't ready.  Then, the lady claimed they never received my online order.  The manager agreed to make my order on the house but the lady insisted on charging me.  The lady was extremely rude and appeared to think I was lying because I wanted free pizza.  A shockingly poor service experience.

If I could leave no stars I would. The worst and rudest people ever working here. We waited two and half hours and called 6 times and still
Got no pizza until my husband drove there himself to get it. We will NEVER order from here again.
