I ordered to go at 9:30pm tonight and it was delivered to my door by 10pm. The pizza was so fresh, hot and delicious as were the boneless chicken bites. The delivery man was very pleasant and I am very happy with my experience tonight. Thank you Mansfield Dominos!

The food is actually pretty decent. When it's correct. The delivery time is pretty good. When they aren't consistently 1-2 hours late. The customer service is reasonable. Wait no it isn't. Actually you can't even get someone to pick up the phone quite often (not an exaggeration). I would say that this is the worst location to order a pizza from, but in all honesty I haven't had this much trouble from any other brand of food service, ever. And unfortunately it's not a one or two off problem. This location is consistently the worst when it comes to food consistency, the worst when it comes to wait times, and when I say that I would rather deal with Comcast customer service I don't exaggerate at all. Avoid ordering online, avoid ordering by phone, avoid this location period.

I repeated my order 3x's and still was missing items. Then called back to have items brought to me and got questioned over and over after it was payed for. Finally they agree to deliver my missing items. A half hour goes by and nothing. I called back for another half hour and no one picked up for a half hour. Finally get someone to pick up and was told there was a mix up and it will be right there. So 2 hours later we finally got our whole order. Everything was cold and did I also say our daughter is type 1 diabetic. Ya so we had to figure something out for her. This is not a good store....

Would loved to have received the correct order the first time but instead had to wait for over 75 minutes for them to bring the correct one, about 15 minutes before 1AM!!!!

Usually my order is large think Pacific adding extra chicken - never been really extra- making my total charge for a large pizza $27 plus couple bucks tip for the driver it making it over $30 for a pizza. $3.99 delivery charge is super crazy to do business. The tracking system never moved to the next step.. so always it's disable for some reason. Good it tastes good and delivery usually on time... thank you for that.
