Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Not wasting my money again in this location.. pizza and wings were cold... It takes them more than an hour to deliver

Try avoiding this Dominós!!! Go somewhere else!! First of all I ordered my pizza an hour ago and took damn near 1 hour and 40 min to arrive.. I called and Rosemary answered the phone.. she was very rude and also decides that it's ok to hang up on me!!! She needs to be FIRE!! Overall the driver was very attentive and respectful. He also apologized for the delay!! Dominos needs to hire more of those employees.. don't hire anymore Rosemary's!!

Ordered a pizza and started calling after it didnt arrive 1 hr later called multiple times and was told itll arrive in 5 min for i called a total of 5 times in 45 min than got a call saying my pizza was back at the store. When I got to the store they said it wasn't there. So i now had to wait an othere 15 min ontop of the 2 hours I waited. SMH. dissatisfied with the service.

I always order from dominos because it’s my kids favorite pizza. This one particular day (6/18/17) on a Sunday, I ordered pizza for my kids because I was stuck at work. My kids called 2 hours later telling me that they never got any food delivered. I call and I let them know what’s going on, they said my order was delivered, that the driver said he delivered. Long story short. They “re-made” my order and said they’ll have it delivered ASAP. I came home from work and still NOTHING. That was another 2 hours. By this time I’m aggravated so I call again. Miraculously the driver shows up as soon as the manager gets on the phone ( or whomever pretended to be manager that night) they said I would get a full refund because even thought my food was remade and sent, it was as cold as a dead body. Til this day 10/7/17... I have yet to receive my full refund. And I’ve called about it on 3 different other occasions and they have all gave me the runaround. Worst establishment ever.

The service was good. My problem is they charge for Red Pepper and Parmesan Cheese! I reversed my order. I was going to spend $40.00 I could not believe I couldn't get condiments for free? I'd rather get a Costco Pizza! I could buy 4 for that price. The order was for one extra large 🍕 with Pasta and Chicken Wings!
