This was the sorriest attempt at fulfilling a customer’s order that I have ever witnessed. My food has not been delivered in over three hours and I don’t think it’s coming at all. The level of incompetence needed to not pick up a phone call for half and hour is more than I can comprehend. Overall just a ridiculous display of a poor system and a lack of effort. Domino’s you owe me a refund.

Back in college we used to order from the local Domino's in Macomb, IL on Sunday afternoons while watching football games.  This was back in the mid 1980's and Domino's was by no means the best available pizza in town but they had a 30 minute delivery guarantee or the order was FREE.  We used to get quite a few for nothing.

These days there are of course many great choices for pizza in the area so we don't order from Domino's, and if fact, last night was the first time in years.  We had tried their new recipe a few years ago but didn't really care for it.  So last night my wife and I decided on the spur of the moment to order the special  for $5.99 each 2 ingredient pizzas and we chose the sausage and pepperoni.  It was really pretty darn good!

This was the first time I had had such a super thin crust on a Domino's offering and I really enjoyed it.  It was crispy, it had a sweet sauce on it and the topping were real good, with a perfect amount of cheese, too.

It's still fair to say that this isn't the greatest pie in town but they have really stepped up their game so far as I can tell, and we will try it again in the future when we want a pizza on the cheap that is delivered quickly to our door.

This is why Pizza Hut is a lot more successful. 
At least they know how to talk to their customers. I called this location to place a delivery order and a guy with the name of Jake hangs up on me twice! Dominios really needs to teach their employees some basic etiquettes on how to deal with their customers in a nicely manner before they REALLY go out of business.  

Advice/Suggestion: Don't order from this location, they're very rude and disrespectful.
