Excellent cigar shop, large selection, knowledgeable staff, great place to take a break, watch a movie or the game and have good conversation.
The shop has an outstanding selection of cigars and an extremely friendly and knowlegable staff. Rather than buying your cigars and hitting the road, take one with you into the back lounge and smoke it with the regulars. It's very therapeutic and you're guarenteed to make some friends in the process.
Friendly staff, decent cigar selection, decent price point, great little place to kill time before flying out.
My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place! The employees are always super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the various brands of cigars. If they do not have the brand that you are looking for, they will place an order immediately to make sure their Customers are satisfied. If you are in the NOLA/Metairie area, make this your Cigar shop. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
I was in there yesterday and was not happy. It has changed so much. The cigars that I like they had none. Selection is poor and the store looks run down. Not sure why its looking like this , new management I was told. Never going back in there, they have two good places to get cigars in Metairie, Habana Port going down Veterans and Habana Hemingway Cigar Bar. Much better places to choose from.
Very helpful staff, always willing to sit and talk shop or just point you in the right direction. Always offering the best discounts or sales they can. Selection has always been real good, have always walked away when choosing their recommendation, happy. New location's lounge feels a little, corporate, but it is still nice and comfortable to smoke and talk in.
Awesome place to buy and smoke Cigars! Very knowledgeable people and very friendly. They have movie night on Saturday's and football games. If you need a quiet and friendly place to get out come to Don Juan Cigars.
Today was my first visit to Don Juan Cigar Company and I had a great experience. The guy that worked there helped my pick out a great cigar. The atmosphere in bar was layer back and cool.

The best cigar shop and lounge in NOLA. A great wide selection of the finest cigars around. Complete with lounge including HDTV. And always give a holler at Bob the Owner. He'll make you feel at home.
