These clients many times when seeking fair market values for properties, find themselves a victim of Mr. Kendrick.One case being after a death, the family contacted Mr. Kendrick to obtain a appraisal.The appraisal came in much below market, and Public Records  now show Mr. Kendrick as the owner.Shameful. Do your research and speak to previous clients,this may save you grief latter.This and many other credible alleged abuses should being given serious consideration before dealing with Don Kendrick reality.Our area is served by many HONEST Realators, our suggestion is deal with them.
