I really enjoyed my time at the dealership. Spent a long time here looking for the perfect ride I wanted. This was my first and last place to go for my car hunting journey. A very wide variety of vehicle selections to suit your needs. I was very happy and satisfied with the experience I had at Don Mealey. There were no pushy salesmen either, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle prices were also very reasonable as well. Even with the few kinks I had on my credit I was still approved for a new truck with a good interest rate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their dream car or truck.

Dropped car off Saturday at 9:00 am appointment. Texted them at 2:35 for an update - no response. Called at 3:01 and left a message to call me. No response so at 3:30 got a ride over there. Was told they couldn't find emissions leak so needed to keep my car but I did get a loaner vehicle.
Then today I figured I would hear something but nope! So I texted them at 1:11 for an update. At 2:41 I get a text back telling me that the tech that has my vehicle is not in today. Evidently they don't like to switch techs in the middle of the job so the vehicle is just sitting there. So I call the Service Manager at 2:55 and got v-mail so I left a message for him to call me back. Currently 3:43 and no response yet. I don't know if any of the other work has been done yet like balancing and rotating tires. Not very good Customer Service when the customer has to initiate any conversation for updates. All I can do now is wait! 
So for now I am rating them very poor. We'll see what comes of this later and I will make another post.
01/23/2018: The tech came in today and finally found the emissions leak. It was a very tiny leak from the purge valve. Because of the delay and inconvenience, they were able to discount the amount I owe. 
In my eyes they have redeemed themselves for the most part but a suggestion for the future would be that Client Services be more pro-active in letting the customer know what's going on.

Bought a used car and within 7 days had to get it towed in to get fixed??  Not happy customers here at all!!!!  When you pay over $25,000 for a used car you’d think it would last longer than 7 days before you had to have it towed in!! Absolutely disgusted!
We work hard for our money and my kid didn’t deserve this, at all!!!!

Don Mealey Chevrolet went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. After the purchase we had an issue that needed to be addressed, they responded with integrity and quickly resolved to issue. I was very impressed with the honesty and quick action.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle here and was fortunate to get Christian Wheelan as my salesman. Chris was helpful showing me what I needed, and gave me time to make my decision (a few days) without nagging me like the other dealerships I visited had. He even got one of the cosmetic pieces of the car I wasn't a fan of swapped out for me free of charge. In general everyone I had interacted with at the dealership during my visits were great to work with. Would do business with Chris again.
