A one-of-a-kind restaurant, proudly and loudly serving outrageously tasty food – Big, bold flavors including your traditional favorites and all the “kick” and quality food that Texans have been creating for hundreds of years. Though Don Pablo’s is a diehard believer in the basic greatness of Tex-Mex cuisine, there’s nothin’ basic about how we do it. Don Pablo's prides itself on freshness each one of the restaurants features a traditional tortilla stand where your flour tortillas are made fresh. On our recent visit we were seated in front of the stand I had the opportunity to watch a woman make the tortillas she was very proficient at it making three at a time placing the dough on a press and then putting it on a flat top to cook them. She was even multitasking as she appeared to be talking on the phone, she had the earpiece in her ear and was talking into the mouth piece. The area was clean and she was wearing gloves everything was fine until we noticed she was turning around and eating a plate of food in between making the tortillas. I'm not a food preparation hygienist but I suspect that eating food with the gloves on then touching other food  negates the protection afforded by the gloves. I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant.

All you can eat Taco Tuesday's for $9.99. These are the chicken and soft taco. One word, Amazing! The ground beef and hard shell tacos were also Superior! Also from 3pm to 6pm it's happy hour. Pablorita, get one today.

It was so dark inside I had trouble reading my menu. There were some napkins on the floor near my table that the wait staff walked over and around the entire time I was there. Nobody picked it up. That didn't make me feel good about the cleanliness and quality of food there

This place is a MUST! I have been here twice when visiting a friend. If I lived closer, I'd be here every week. Their food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. Not to mention their drinks... known for all different kinds of margaritas. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If you haven't been here, it's time that you do.

Food was good, service was good, restaurant was clean. I took off 1 star because the ladies room could have used some cleaning and the waiter brought our check to sign but didn't leave a pen. I also thought it was a little strange that he asked if we wanted separate checks. We were a party of 3, me, my boyfriend, and my adopted black son, maybe we aren't the traditional family but if we had wanted separate checks, we would have asked.
