Wonderful little spot.. we wanted to get everything! The arepas were phenomenal, my Cuban was perfect and the cheesecake and cortados were the perfect ending. The staff was on top of it even though they were obviously very busy during our visit.

UBER delivery service-Been ordering breakfast and the Guava & Cheese bread numerous times. Last order the guava & cheese bread had a thick gray hair inside. Today I order breakfast and found another hair stuck in the croissant. Will lot be ordering from Don Pan anymore.

The cakes were beautiful and delicious, but the customer service could have been better. Even with the disappointing service I received, I loved the first cake enough to come back the next day. The second cake given to me was cinnamon, when I had ordered a caramel cake. The cashiers really need to pay more attention to orders.

Horrible customer service. Its 2 pm. We were the only customers coming in and the lady hardly resolved our cake need. A good customer service would had offered me another selection. No, she said, we dont make carrot cakes.

Very bad service. One of the bakers was really stressed out and started throwing bread trays against the counter and yelling to a customer in front of everyone! Service was really slow, they didn’t have enough employees for the amount of customers and the only one taking orders was incredibly slow. The food is good but it’s not worth the bad service.

Here’s the honest truth about this place. The food is delicious, but the service is painfully slow. I stood in a 15 foot line for 35 minutes. 5 people in front of me They seem to prioritize ubereats over the customers in the store. The employees will be setting up one Uber eats bag after another while the person in the front of the line patiently stares waiting for service. God forbid you order a coffee, then the employee running the register is occupied doing that for 3 minutes.

First time visiting today for breakfast to go, great food, great customer service and good price! I’ll be back next Sunday

We made an order online, paid for it online. The bakery marked the order ready for pick up only to find out that when we got to the place they hadn’t even acknowledged that the order was submitted. They made us wait over 30 minutes for the Cuban Sandwiches. They gave no explanation as to why the delay of an order that had been notified as being ready for pick up. They just expected us to wait or loose our money. This is unacceptable, if as a restaurant you are not able to manage your online orders then do not offer this option to your costumers. It is disrespectful to your costumers time, and money.

I bought the worst pan de Bonos in history really bad, grainy and with bad flavor also a fridge cold empanada which if know I would have bought a fresh one at sabor venezolano fried to order a really tasteless and cold cachito we order so many of each that is sad that we pay $30+ on it because we couldn’t eat it because was not eatible the service also sucks and supposedly everything is fresh what a joke! Tried calling to get a refund but it gets send to voicemail every time

This location is great! Particularly because of Barbara. I had a cake emergency today yes, those exist and she was so very helpful and kind. The particular cake I was asking for was an extremely last minute request and not readily available. In fact, I must’ve called 10 other Don Pans and they all couldn’t say “no we don’t have it” fast enough and left it at that. But Barbara was so thoughtful and, even though they didn’t have it already made either, she quickly reached out to their pastry chef whose name I don’t know but also shoutout to them and they both worked with me so that I was able to meet my deadline with exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but she went the extra mile to plate the things I purchased so that they would look more visually appealing for what i needed. Thank you Barbara!!
