I wanted to leave a review which I do not do often but I appreciated the help I received from Donadio Insurance Group. My friend had recommended them since I was complaining about my State Farm rates and my agent not returning my call. I had just added my son and the price went through the roof, So I called and it was an easy, pleasant experience. I was kind of nervous switching because I had been with State Farm for so long. I was very happy, and I learned a lot about insurance that I did not know or understand before. I did talk to a few people there and had great response. I am going to actually see if they can help my mom out. I would recommend them.

I am writing this review because I want to share with everyone what a great insurance company Donadio Insurance Group is. I have been a customer with them for the past 20 years and they have always been nothing but perfect to me. All my questions and concerns have been taking care of immediately. I recently had a home claim because of a terrible hail storm. Many of my neighbors had to wait months before their claim was taken care of, and some neighbors are still fighting this claim as of today. I had my whole house outside done within a few weeks. Their staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Their a wonderful company.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and horrible at simple administrative tasks. They left my wife's vehicle uncovered for over a year because they put a totally different car on the policy. Same make, but not the same model and VIN. They apologized and we gave them another shot. Fast forward a few years and this brings us to January 2016. I needed a quote for a boat I was purchasing. Took multiple emails and over two weeks to get a simple quote. The only way I solicited a response from them was when I called Mr. Donadio directly to have my policy with them transferred to another Erie agent. Now, it's the same thing - over two weeks to get a response from them to transfer my policy over and AT LEAST three emails also making this request. THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE!!!! Erie is a great insurance provider, but please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
