I had a consultation with Brian Donahue over a "refusal to take a breathalyzer" citation, and he was incredibly forthright and honest with me. I was ready to hire him on the spot and he actually talked me out of it, stating that my odds of winning my case were very low. I was surprised to see that his top priority was to look out for my best interest, a quality you wont find in most lawyers. I also had a number of other consultations with various DUI "specialists" and Brian's level of knowledge seemed to far surpass that of the other individuals I spoke with. I highly recommend him.

These folks are the best! I found myself in need of a lawyer for an issue that arose in the area. They are very good folks who will explain things straight up and are great advocates for their clients in the legal arena. You do not want to try and navigate the legal waters alone, get Bryan and his team in your corner, you will be very glad you did! I know I am.....

I found myself in a difficult situation and Bryan and the entire team at the firm was incredibly helpful and wouldn't rest until every rock was overturned. They did a huge investigation on my case and were able to show people weren't being honest with the police. I greatly appreciate all the hard work they did for me and on my case. I highly recommend the Donahue law firm!
