I've been with the company for many many years. I understand times change but they have lost the agent, customer relationship. Nobody sits down with you to discuss rates, or options etc...everything is too different. I don't like it. I want to speak with certain people for a reason and you can't even do that anymore. Trust is a huge thing for me. I'm not happy.

The most knowledgeable people around when insurance is the subject. 
The best customer service I have ever had from an agency, they really made the effort to offer me the best coverage that I could have for the money I had to pay. I was amazed when I was told that my savings were over $1,800. A year due to some minor changes in regulations. The first thing that came to my mind was: why didn't my previous agency do this. I reply to myself: Because they didn't care!
Bottom line: Donald J. Medeiros knows what they are doing, and they get it done before you ask for it! Tremendous professionalism! Love it!

We've been with Donald J. Medeiros Insurance since 2005 is when we started our home owners insurance. From there I switch carriers and went onto our auto insurance with them. They now are my carrier for business insurances.  I can not say enough about Heather and Melinda who are always on top of anything we need. We have recommended our friends and family to them and they are very pleased with the service as well, especially my father in law who is tough to please and he's very impressed. I like when I call I'm not a number and it's on a personal level and Heather is always willing to go above and beyond for us. If I can't find any answer I know I can call Donald's office and get one in a fast turn around time. Love these guys would NEVER go any where else!

Out of all the insurance companies I have dealt with over the years, I have never had one that called to tell me that they can save me money!! Absolutely love this company!! Hope to be a customer for a very, long time!!Extremely helpful, courteous, an overall great experience!! Glad to give them my business!!

I am very happy to write this review.  I had to locate a new insurance company, and I was reviewed to Donald J. Medeiros Insurance Agency.  I was told I would note be disappointed, and I have not been!  I spoke with Melinda from the beginning and she has been more than knowledge and helpful.  She has also followed through with all that she said she would. I am glad I made the switch.  Thank you Melinda!!!!!
