I recently visited Dr. Sokolow after undergoing a nightmare involving my upper retainer. I had a crown put on at home in San Diego last Friday, and unfortunately, I found out that night that my retainer no longer fit correctly. I was unable to see my at-home dentist or orthodontist before I had to head back up to school in Santa Cruz the next day, so I was pretty stressed out.

My dentist said that the retainer only needed a minor adjustment, so I began to call around. I probably called ten offices, and every single one wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to see a doctor (with no guarantee that they could resolve the issue). Others said that I would have to get a new retainer, costing me anywhere from $400 to $650+. I ended up making an appointment with Dr. Sokolow because this was the only office that would allow me to see the doctor at ZERO cost to me. 

I walked into the office today expecting them to say that I would need to replace my retainer. As a student with a tight budget, the thought of doing so was pretty painful. When Dr. Sokolow took a look, he told me that the other offices' quotes were ridiculous. He fixed my retainer within minutes, and even offered me two new cases. And the best part? He charged me NOTHING!

This office has awesome staff, a clean, modern facility, and doctors with outstanding morals and integrity. Dr. Sokolow saved me so much worry and stress, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
