Transferred a family member here from another home after we felt we were getting a raw deal.  They knew we were in a bad state financially and were willing to give us a little advice on what to expect and how to proceed without taking us on as clients-- and actually, after speaking for us for a while, advised us to stay with the other home to save ourselves cost and difficulty.  We were not being sold anything, but it became clear the level of organization, service, and integrity was what we were looking for.   Unbelievably supportive, fair, and willing to go above and beyond.  We did not have a large budget and they worked hard with us to stay within it.

I cannot recommend them enough.
