Appointment calendar very full. Made two appointments for procedure 75 days in advance. Appointments later cancelled by dr due to "conflict," rescheduled for following month. Appointments confirmed by me two weeks prior. Day of appointment I was informed first of two appointments was in fact previous day! Telephone reminder system "has been having problems." I like dr but his availability and appointment system are too hard to deal with. I've moved on to Eisenhower system/Palm Springs which is much more efficient and reliable.
