This was my first time coming to eat at this location and I received above and beyond service from Ashley. She explained all of my options and her customer service was phenomenal. I decided to go with the individual very veggie pizza since I was on a diet and when I say it did not disappoint. One of my new favorites can’t wait to try the subs and salads next. Ashley definitely deserves a raise because I definitely was going to longhorn. Won me over!

Donato’s use to be in Atlanta many years ago, but they all closed and left. I recently went to Ohio for a trip and found out that they are alive and well in Ohio. I decided to find locations and I was super excited to find out there were several in Atlanta. I went to the Toco Hills location. This location is mainly focused on take-out and delivery, and has some tables for dine-in.  The pizzas are amazing and the dough was the star of the show! It was amazing. The toppings were generous and fresh. Service was amazing. The pizza came out looking like the menu. It is well worth it!

Unfortunately, there is nothing about this Denado’s location that I would consider memorable. As a matter of fact, it was completely unimpressive from start to finish. The individual pizza was very very light on toppings, only OK flavor, and not fulfilling. I was quite amazed that the manager/owner was sitting in the restaurant chatting with someone and never bothered to say hello to myself or other customers. I am quite unsure why they bother to advertise and send out coupons if you’re not willing to recognize and acknowledge your most valuable asset, which are your customers. There are much better pizza, locations nearby, rather than going to Donatos.  I cannot in good faith recommend eating takeout or dine in at this location.

I used to eat Donotas all the time when I lived in Ohio. Great to find one here in GA. I wish it was closer to home. Takes me about 45 minutes to get here. My sister and I make a trip out of it and stop there when we can just like the old days in Ohio. Service was good. Friendly people. Pizza was just as good as I remembered.Food: 5/5

Updating this review as this is about the 5th time I’ve done to this location. They do not give enough sauce or even ANY sauce on the pizza. I add a note. I call. So I guess this will be the last time I order from this location as they don’t serve pizza. But yet, bread, cheese and meat. And I’m tired of wasting my money. 3 out of the 4 times I’ve come to this location they never put enough pizza sauce on the pizza. Even when you add a special note for them to put extra pizza sauce under the cheese. It’s giving thin cheese bread. And to think I tipped hoping that they would give me SOME sauce.

Nostalgic! My go-to pizza spot while a student at The Ohio State University. So pleased to see Donatos finally arrive to Atlanta! I got a large classic edge to edge pepperoni plus sausage. I received a warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. I like the special touch of writing a personal message on the box. I also appreciate the reserved parking spaces for Donato customers. Easy to find in the shopping plaza with LA Fitness. I'll be happy when I don't have to make a 30-minute drive just to get a Donatos pizza in my city.

I ordered Donatos online for my food to be delivered. A dasher named Ashley H did not deliver my food and I called Donatos and they corrected the mistakr right away. I asked to just come pick up my order and bring it to my car and they confirmed that they could. I appreciate this because I have my 1 year old with me and its cold and windy today and I’d rather not take her out but they made it possible for us to have their delicious pizza. Thank you Donatos of Toco Hills!

Ordered delivery last night and was very impressed! I'm from Ohio and miss Donatos but this tastes just as good as I remember! Definitely will be ordering again, keep up the good work!Food: 5/5

This is a brand from my hometown and it’s great to get that hometown flavor. This is a pizza that is best hot and not a good reheat pizza.  This location is extremely small compared to the other location. But it works.  They need a location close to downtown.  Parking: It’s in a plaza, so hundreds of spots and some reserved for Donatos customers only.

I have been coming to eat at this location more and more. I travel 58 minutes, one way, because of the customer service Ashley provides. She is a breath of fresh air and is always enthusiastic. Not only is the food 10 out of 10 but you won’t be disappointed in the service at all! This is definitely my pizza restaurant of choice!Food: 5/5
