The staff were nice. The pizza I ordered was pretty good, but the asiago cheese bread wasn't quite fully cooked. Some may like that, I wasn't a big fan. Also, I came in late at night and though I personally have anything against employers kinda loitering around during slow times, it took the pizza maker about 15 minutes to realize he had an order and start making my food. Could have used a little more communication between the employees.

I placed an internet order on July 10th at about 10:45 (store doesn't open til 11). I asked for delivery for noon. I live about 2 miles from the store and when I still have my pizza and it was after 12:15 I called the store. My pizza was delivered after 12:20 and the driver said he was the only one delivering. The pizza was less than warm and I had company. It took forever for us to reheat using one microwave.

Ordered online paid over 30 bucks and gave a tip was missing a part of our order. Called the store to let them know and was told that she personally put the order together and knows for a fact the driver grabbed all of our order. This is not the first they have forgotten something and never got the missing item or a refund for the missing item not even a discount on next order. I've always liked donatos and order from there a lot. This time it was horrible not just because they forgot part of our order but because what we did get was cold pizza with hardly any pizza sauce on it. Tasting mostly dough. We ordered 2 orders of wings 1 bone in and 1 boneless we got the boneless order and it was also cold and nasty. Time to start looking for a different pizza place.

Not like the old Donatos that use to wait on you at the tables....restroom was disgustingly dirty and the help was making all kinds of weird noises while we we eating....wont be back.Pizza wasn't even very good💩💩
