Excellent Service!!  Ben met ME in the parking lot with floor covers (I was5 min. late due to an accident delay & traffic stopped)  Vehicle serviced in a timely manner, check list given  to me and also verbally presented.  Car washed & running with air conditioning already on!!   This service location is by far the BEST of any I have frequented and will continue to do so!!!

The service center at Donnelly took great care of me. I bought a new "used" truck and they not only checked it over and changed the oil, they turned all four rotors and put on new pads. This is amazing to get great service like this. Highly recommend!

We have been dealing with Donley since 1997, when we moved to Ashland County.   My husband is a Ford retiree.    In all the years I can say honestly we only had one issue, where we ended up at another dealer for repairs.  This was on my F-250 diesel - where it kept stalling & then would kick back in on it's own.  
In general service has been great - Ron  in service has been great, if there is a delay in service, he keeps me updated.  I am in there every 5000 miles for oil changes.
Ron is an asset to your company!!!

I HAVE ALWAYS USE DONLEY FORD FOR ALL MY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. I FEEL THEY HAVE THE BEST KNOWLEDGE TO KEEP MY TRANSIT CONNECT RUNNING AT PERK PERFORMANCE. I LOVE DRIVING AND NEED TO KEEP MY TC READY TO WORK AND GO WHERE EVER I WANT TO BE.  THANK YOU RON AND ALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR KEEPING ME SAVE ON THE ROAD.
