My wife and I were in the store and picked out 2 carpets that we were interested in buying. It was a special size that we needed so I was told they would e-mail me the prices in a few days. A week went by and since I did not hear anything I called the store. I was told they had my correct e-mail and again they would get back to me. Another week has gone by and I have heard nothing. I can imagine what kind of customer service they must have AFTER you buy from them.

They don't stand behind either flawed product or faulty installation. Find another vendor.
