My dad went in today to buy 3 doors today and asked about some doorknobs he was interested in and the man (hippie looking guy) that was helping him was very rude! He's been there before and was helped by Ed and Spencer and said they were very helpful and friendly.

Cannot get this company to respond!  I guess they dont need our business!

It took a bit to get these guys to get back with me, but ultimately they did do a great job with our doors and in the end we are satisfied.
