I ordered my arrangement online and no delivery was made on the date promised. I contacted both the number and email with no response. The phone rang busy through out the entire day. I have dealt with other floral shops that have at least established some form of communciation if the items are pending delivery. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.Terrible service.

Came here at 11 am set the order to be delivery by 3 pm is already 5 pm and the arragment hasn’t even been made. After more than an hour waiting they were able to determine that the order was sitting in the back without being made. Horrible service. Never again.

Flowers are great but the service is very bad. The ladies here are super slow. I came on Valentines Day and pre-order online, they were super disorganized. They also rang out of pots so the product wasn’t what I saw on the picture. In general they should be prepared for busy days and specially for Valentines. Wouldn’t buy here again.

The flowers are beautiful, great prices compared to other flower shops. The ladies there hook me up with this arrangement for $40.

I went to Doral Garden and Flower Shop looking for a corsage for prom. I only had a picture of the dress, and it was the day before prom. Still, they created an absolutely beautiful corsage with a matching boutonniere at an incredible price, and it was ready the next morning! I would highly recommend this establishment!
