I had a very nice lady help me. Almost no wait time. The location could be better, as we waited through terrible school traffic, but that could've been prevented by us coming at a different time.

The ladies I dealt with were very professional and also very kind! I received my foodstamps that I applied for but not my Medicaid that I badly needed. However, it's not their fault, or their decision. They have guidelines they follow, and that's the way it is. Their just doing their job. To the person who believes they are rude and should be fired,maybe you need to look at how you approached them. You get what you give.

Without a doubt. The rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I have ever had the displeasure to meet.  You will spend 20 min in line listening to them talk on the phone with their family and friends. Planing their weekend. And if you dare attempt to interrupt them to ask a question.  They will yell at you like your a 2 year old that just broke their favorite vase. They need to be fired immediately! !!!

Very unprofessional and rude throw their weight around like they are above you we are all people our taxes are paying for their salary they have it to easy only one above me is God. This people need to check them self from the regular ti the supervisor if i need to i am going to complaint to the top. Its a joke for people that are trying to do the right thing.

Adult Protective service trainee Ashley Sumpter refuses to stop contacting us after we had decline APS services due to the lack of professionalism and knowledge. Plenty of steps for our father for nursing home placement were missed and even the business manager at the nursing home said that she needs to be further trained before she is assigned on any case. She complains about being under paid but that is something that she needs to take up with her supervisor K. Simpkins not with us. I strongly don't recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance for their ill relatives. :(
